When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation even with the confirmation number. Luckily, I had other email from the booking site that I could forward the receptionist. Then they asked me to pay $5 for a second key with receipt. I didn't keep the receipt and they didn't give me my money back when I returned the keys in check-out even though they don't give second key unless they get the deposit. One of the keys was dirty (some sticky black stuff on it), I made them change it. Then one of the keys didn't work and I went down to change. The first room's ac didn't work, phone didn't work. They changed the room. Reception and room service has not answered any phone calls. I had to go down for anything including room service. There was no hand washing soap. I don't mean it is forgotten, they don't thing customers need soap to wash hand. Can you feel comfortable to eat food in that hotel? I wasn't. Floor 6 smelled like sewage. I suspect someone in a room died and wasn't identified for more than a week or 10 days, terrible smell through out the corridor. Hotel looks like a hospital.
