'We were in Dyersville overnight for my nephew’s wedding, so we didn’t get to spend much time at the property. I would definitely come back for a long weekend with the kids and grandkids. There’s a lot of outdoor area to lounge and relax and watch the kids play on the playground equipment. We loved the resident dog Willow…she kindly welcomed us to the very spacious, clean and well-equipped home away fro home. Thank you so much!!'

'We were on a NE Iowa brewery ‘crawl’ to celebrate my husband’s birthday. One of his favorites is Textile in Dyersville. This unit was perfect for us as it over looks the brewery and is steps away from the downtown area. Couldn’t have worked out better for the end of our day! Everything was as listed, the property is new, the unit was very clean and welcoming. We will stay again and will recommend it to our friends.'

'Overall, our stay was comfortable. We didn't get check in information until almost an hour after check in time which was off putting. There was a lack of toilet paper so we had to purchase some in town. Other than that the home is very nice and the land is beautiful.'

'The pictures do not do this place justice! This house is beyond amazing. Activities for all ages and plenty of room for a full baseball team and families. The owners were more than accommodating with our baseball schedule as well. This place is a must rent for any ages.'

'It was a great getaway. The trains are actually fun to watch. I wish my 5 year old was with us. He would have love the trains. House was well stocked and clean. Plenty of room. The river was beautiful. Overall great place.'
