'Clean, very nice interior. Easy check in process. I liked having the iron and the Keurig! Bed was comfy too. Only thing is communication - I sent a message right after check in to clarify about a second parking spot and never got a response, so I just parked in the road. Didn’t end up being a problem. Would come again! '

'We loved this house! Was perfect for the kids inside had gates at top and bottom of stairs which was huge with the kids. Also loved the outdoor area and that it was fenced in for the kids! Close to Dutch wonderland and cherry crest farm. Ken is the best and so accommodating. Highly recommend!'

'Brian was an exemplary host -- there should be a way to give him 6 stars. The property was outstanding in every way; absolutely perfect for our family reunion (four families; 7 adults, 4 children, 1 infant). The kids loved it and so did the adults. 'Very much enjoyed our stay! Very convenient location to Hershey amenities with clean and comfortable spaces for our two families with young children to spread out. Was nice to have a bedroom for multiple kids to sleep, and one other bedroom closet was large enough to make a nook for baby’s pack n play. 'If you are looking to stay in the heart of Lancaster this is your place. Walking distance to lots of quaint shops and local eateries. Close to many other things. The check in and out process was very easy and owner communicated very well. Messages were sent in plenty of time. This house is right in the city so on street parking is all you have but there was always a space close to the house. Really enjoyed our stay!!'

'Communications with host was always very quick and precise. The living room was spacious and comfy. Quiet over the weekend and at night. There were several parks minutes away, plenty of time spent walking the dogs and enjoying the scenery. Hershey Park is about 25 minutes away and Lancaster Amish Country about 40 minutes. Several restaurants 5-10 minutes away, not a problem finding places to eat in or take out.'

'Had a great time there, perfect size for our party of 4 adults and 2 children. Enjoyed using the fire pit at night. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Appreciate the stocked coffee bar. Only con was proximity to the road, it was louder then I am used to and it took me a night to adjust, but I did get used to it. Also, I enjoy going on morning walks and there is a great neighborhood across the street that is safe to walk in.'

"We arrived less than an hour before the official check-in. With all our luggage. The room was not ready, ok. But we could not leave our luggage behind for the remaining 45 minutes. So everything back in the car… Breakfast offers enough options and is fine. Dinner and shopping options at the doorstep, very convinient. Clean room. We got a room facing Hwy 30, which turned out to be quote noisy. A large a/c or generator grille next to the window did the rest. Off course we could have asked for another room, but when you already have settled after a long day travel, not so fine. So all together, we think it is over-rated and overpriced. Not a bad hotel, but room for improvement. "
