Just 100 feet from your doorstep is your very own private beach (shared with few other houses on private road)—perfect for morning strolls, sunset dips, or peaceful lounging by the water.     Located in charming Marion, this inviting home features 4 bedrooms with a mix of 1 king, 3 queens, and 1 twin bed—perfect for families or groups. The two full bathrooms include a bathtub for relaxing soaks. Enjoy modern comforts like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a hair dryer, washer and dryer, and a fireplace that turns on with a simple switch. This warm and well-appointed home offers a cozy, comfortable retreat for your getaway. We're always available to assist with any questions during your stay.

My family enjoyed our stay very much. The home was clean, very comfortable and the accommodations were perfect for our family of 7. We loved the close proximity to the beach. The host was responsive and check-in was very smooth.

Everything was great and as explained! Location was beautiful by the water, and the house was immaculately clean. Lots of linens and towels available for guest use, and washer/dryer was very convenient.

Fan was an amazing host, our family had a great visit. Stay was very comfortable, plenty of room for all six of us. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, centrally located to area landmarks. Our toddlers enjoyed seeing the rabbits on property and going down to the community beach to play in the sand and find shells.

Over all our stay was good. There was a bunch of ants in the house in the kitchen and Livingroom. We would randomly find them crawling on us. But, this time of year some ants are expected. We looked for a source but to no avail. The hosts were nice though.

The house itself was adequate, but unfortunately our stay was marred by several issues. We were locked out after initial entry due to a digital keypad failure caused by low batteries, which resulted in nearly two hours spent on the phone with the host in freezing weather. Several of the host’s backup access plans did not work as intended. In addition, the cleanliness fell short of expectations, with very dirty and worn bedroom carpets and grimy kitchen cabinet pulls. Overall, this was our first stay at this property and will likely be our last.
