'The room (standard) was quite spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Location was good too; right below the Citadel and about a 10-minute walk to the waterfront. The walk to the waterfront is down (and then back up) a pretty steep hill so folks with mobility challenges may find it difficult. Fortunately, you can take an alternate route walking a bit south and then east to the water. '

There are a lot of things to do in the area as it's walkable to the Citadel, waterfront, casino, museum, Province House and plenty of restaurants. Plus, you can't beat the warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in. Valet parked and never needed the car the two days there. '

For one, this hotel has no lift which is a pain if you arrive with heavy luggage, and the evening staff decides to give you a second floor room, and subsequently doesn't offer to help you carry the heavy luggage upstairs.
Then, for a multiple night stay, the staff only activated my keys for one night and then blamed 'some technical failure'. They don't take responsibility, they offer no...
