'Ok place if you can find a good price for it. Needed somewhere affordable for a day. Comfy bed but the room is small with thin walls. The streaming with Disney plus didn’t work for me but maybe that was just my room. The fitness centre you need an attendant to show it to you. Thrift store across the street was really cheap though!!'

'We spent two nights there during our trip to Toronto area. The location is easy to access and close to many good Asian restaurants. The room is spacious but a facilities are a little outdated. It's very clean. The indoor pool is very nice.'

'Overall way better than the other locations I booked in Toronto. Only thing that could be improved is housekeeping, they missed it on 1 day, maybe because we left early afternoon. On one of the other days, they forgot a towel, but the front desk brought one to us right away'

'I've stayed at similar hotels in this area and this one is one of the better ones. The hotel itself is a bit dated but clean. The staff was very friendly. We checked-in in the evening so there wasn't a line. The staff was on the phone so we waited a little while but that's ok. As long as it is clean and comfortable that's the most important thing. 'My sister and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The complete staff at the front desk, maintenance guy, cleaning ladies were really friendly and helpful. My sister and I were quite sensitive to noise and the staff really did their utmost to make it as less noise as possible. Also the suite itself was very well equipped, spacious and neat.Breakfast buffet was included, that was great too. I would really want to stay there again. '

'I booked this hotel despite being more expensive that similar hotels in Newmarket-Aurora because it was the only one nearby with a hot tub. The hot tub didn’t work for most of my stay. Disappointed. Staff were really nice & hotel was good otherwise :)'

'The property is going through renovations which I was not aware of at time of booking. Hallway carpets were horrific. Elevator broke down. I would wait for renovations to be completed. For $20 more hours can go to fully functioning hotel.'

'I called the property the evening before confirming my reservation. I was told that I would receive a email with instructions on how to access the property the following day. Coming up at 12:00 noon the next day, no information provided. I had to message the property who finally after 20 minutes of waiting sent the email. I had to carry my luggage down a long cement brick paved walkway. The pavers were loose and somewhat hazardous to walk on carrying luggage. The rear outside door had an entry...
