Heb je een herfstvakantie of een verjaardag, jubileum of gewoon tijd voor alleen feest nodig, boek dan mijn appartement. Een luxe plek met een uitzicht dat niet van deze wereld is. Een gast noemde mijn appartement "chic". Er zijn plaatsen waar je kunt verblijven; maar dan zijn er plekken waar je het gevoel kunt hebben dat je de droom leeft. Mooie accommodaties, veel voorzieningen en een uitzicht dat weinigen kunnen verslaan. Gevestigd in Marshfield, MA, dat onlangs werd geschreven als de beste plek om te wonen in Massachusetts. Veel geschiedenis hier samen met een badplaats. Marshfield ligt in Plymouth County langs de South Shore van Massachusetts.

Het appartement is nieuw met nieuw meubilair. Het bevindt zich op de bovenste verdieping van mijn huis dat onlangs is gerenoveerd. Het heeft een eigen ingang. Er zijn drie grote kamers. De hoofdruimte (woonkamer en kitchenette) is 12. 6 X16); de slaapkamer heeft dezelfde afmetingen en de badkamer is ongeveer 10 X 10. Het is zeer ruim en heeft 'moordenaar' verre uitzicht op de oceaan. Een wandeling van 5 minuten naar het strand is voldoende om uw geweldige vakantie te maken. Het is een zeer rustige en veilige omgeving.

Naast het strand is er veel om je bezig te houden. Plymouth ligt op een half uur rijden, waar u de Mayflower II, Pilgrim Plantation en Plymouth Rock kunt zien. Je kunt ook veel boten uit Plymouth Harbor diepzeevissen of walvissen spotten. In de winter ben ik in de buurt van Blue Hills Reservation, waar u zowel langlaufen als alpineskiën kunt doen, evenals wandelen en andere recreatieve activiteiten.

Het 'T' station is dichtbij in Scituate. Je kunt de trein naar Boston nemen voor nog veel meer historische bezienswaardigheden en een geweldig nachtleven.

In de tegenovergestelde richting van Rhode Island ziet u het kasteel van Belcourt en de Newport Mansions. Dat alles is gewoon krassen op het oppervlak. Zo veel te doen in zo weinig tijd! Je zult je zeker niet vervelen. Maar als dat is wat je wenst, werkt ook op het strand in de zon met een goed boek. Dit is de perfecte plek voor dat alles. Genieten! Kijk uit naar jou en de jouwe! En trouwens, mijn laatste gast schreef in mijn gastenboek "luxe ervaring maar tegen een zeer betaalbare prijs". Luv dat! Ik kan geen huisdieren meenemen. Dank je.

On top of the world did not disappoint!!!

My husband and I enjoyed a little piece of heaven staying here! The accommodations were delightful! Spotlessly clean, breathtaking views, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and liquor store. The host was very thoughtful and accommodating. We were greeted with fresh blueberry muffins, milk and juice upon arrival! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! We highly recommend!! Lovely Property/Excellent Host

Wonderful 10 night stay at this charming seaside location. Accommodations were excellent with large well appointed rooms thoughtfully supplied with everything you could need to feel right at home. Check-in was a breeze with the detailed instructions we received. Our gracious host provided muffins, orange juice, milk, coffee and more getting our visit off to a great start, and she even offered to supply any other items we might need during our stay (we couldn’t think of any). The ocean view is marvelous offering a panoramic view of this coastal community and we were fortunate to have watched some beautiful sunrises. We highly recommend this property and will be sure to stay here again.

Lovely Beach Apartment

I'm from Marshfield originally, now living out of state, and I was looking for somewhere to stay locally for a friend's wedding. This was the perfect spot for my husband and I, we had plenty of space to get ready and he was able to comfortably work in the apartment while I walked to the beach. Corinne was super communicative and made sure we had everything we needed, including baked goods and a photo of our wedding guest attire! We'd definitely stay here again.

A Gem!

I was looking for a place where I could work remotely that was close to relatives and had a nice view. This 1BR lock-off apartment on the 2nd floor of a beautiful house overlooking the ocean more than met my expectations! Corinne is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make sure that you're comfortable. It was a delight to have fresh muffins, coffee, tea, OJ and some small snacks. The space is quiet and I hardly ever noticed when she was around. The space is fairly large consisting of 3 separate rooms. It was very quiet and on the nights when it wasn't too humid it was great to open up the windows and catch the ocean breeze. It was a 10-min walk to the square that had a donut shop, convenience store and a fantastic restaurant! I had 2 great meals there and wished I had time for another! The beach is just an extra 5 mins beyond the square. All in all, it was exactly what I was looking for as a base from which to work and then drive to see relatives and a few local sites. I definitely plan on staying here again the next time I'm in the area and have already recommended it to my sister too!

Corinne's place is beautiful and she is a wonderful host. She was available for questions and had great recommendations for the area. The ocean view from the living room is gorgeous, day and night. We had an almost full moon shining on the water and even got a fireworks show one night! The space is clean and cozy, the bed is comfy. Corinne took extra care to leave milk, juice, and water in the fridge. Plenty of coffee and filters for the coffee maker. She even had 2 delish peach muffins waiting for us when we arrived. The community is super cute and quaint, a seafood restaurant, an Irish pub, a small grocery store and the beach right there, all within walking distance. We had an amazing time and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

A Wonderful Retreat

We stayed at this beautiful property while visiting friends in the Boston area. It was the perfect spot to land every evening after a busy day of sightseeing and activities. The bed was super soft and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had a hair dryer and plenty of toiletries. The common area was fully equipped with coffee, and disposable cups and utensils, a small fridge, and even snacks that kept us going on our long days out and about! The host is welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable about the area. The house sits on a hill overlooking the ocean and small marina. It is a short walk down to the beach access point and there are a couple of restaurants and a bakery. The Bridgewaye serves delicious seafood. We enjoyed waking up early, grabbing coffee and a doughnut at the local shop and sitting on the beach before heading out for our sightseeing days in the city. We highly recommend this property and this host and hope to stay here again the next time we are visiting the area. A+++ experience!

The apartment was better than we expected. It’s bigger than it appears in the pictures. The view is incredible! It was very clean and lots of extra little touches. Corinne was easy to communicate with and very helpful with information. It’s a short 10 minute drive to the train station, making it ideal for getting into Boston for sightseeing.

This was the perfect safe and quiet location for us to explore Salem, Boston, Hudson, Plymouth and Newport, RI from. It’s close enough to Boston to be convenient, but far enough out to get away from the hustle and bustle. The property is super clean, the bed is super comfy (seriously considering buying the same mattress for home), and the host is extra sweet and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
