'Definitely a good hotel. Not only is it spotless and new, but also it had all the amenities we needed. We had to book shortly in advance because of a family emergency and in hindsight we were very happy we could still be accomodated here. The hotel is perfectly located with shops (Wholefoods across the street !) and restaurants nearby (try the sushi at Yotsuba and the pizza at Pieology !). Also the hotel provided a comfortable room, superfriendly and helpful staff and options for the well...

'Room service to clean was not thorough'

'When we first got our room, it was dirty. They gave us another room. Then, housekeeping still came in the room even when someone was still asleep, That’s a little creepy to me. There was no Do Not Disturb sign. I didn’t like that. Also, when we got back to the room one day, the whole room smelled like urine. Eventually, Ithaca smell went away…. Sometimes, the staff was helpful and sometimes they weren’t. My experience was not the greatest here…'

'Safe and clean. We stayed for about six weeks. I’d say the only issue is we put in a maintenance request twice and was never helped. Ac wasn’t working properly and the fridge was going out. Made loud humming noises and leaked water.'

'Out of five stars, I'd say this is a two-star motel. But then, the price reflected the rating. I didn't want to pay a lot. The main elevator was broken so guests had to use the freight elevator. One of the beds in the room had a broken corner, the doors on the closet were broken, and the latch on the bathroom door was broken. The bathroom was fine, but the tub shower drained very slowly. The air conditioner did work and was adjustable. There weren't any USB ports in the room. I didn't...

'This use to be the place I would stay for weekend events in the city. But now it is over ran with long term stays that are loud and rude animals in every room. Cable cut off an was told nothing will be done. Must be poor management. Won't stay here anymore.'

'The listing was deluxe king suite with a bedroom, kitchen and dining area that slept 5. I walked Into one room, one bed and a giant hot tub in the middle of the room. Not the listing i booked At all. Whole hotel smells like weed. People live in the hotel so there’s belongings and people standing and being all around the building all night long. The fire department was called due to someone smoking in their room. Overall i dont Think I’d book here again.'

'Comfort Suites needs to update this hotel. It seemed old and not clean. The pool was too cold for swimming. The laundry room was dirty. Our room was fine, but the tub/shower looked old and unappealing. We didn't use it. The staff was nice.'

'Stayed 6/20/26. On Expedia nothing was mentioned about the property under complete renovation. No cable or wifi, with nobody on property to help. Staff was very nice, unfortunately they get the brunt of it.'

'Alright place to stay, front desk evening staff wasn’t the nicest and had to wait for a while to check in as they weren’t at the desk. You hardly get any soap or shampoo and there is no complimentary breakfast. Would only recommend for a quick and cheaper stay.'
