'The hotel looks relatively new and with that clean and modern. The staff were all very friendly and check in/out were fast. We got a room on the 1st floor right near the lobby, which meant we could hear some of the guests checking in/out and heading to the breakfast area but nothing earplugs couldn't fix. The room was really nice and big and had a bed facing the window. The breakfast was a standard chain hotel breakfast, but still a good way to start the day. '

'Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful home and location. Owners provided great information regarding the property and things to do in the area; restaurants, etc. All the beds were very comfortable! Elizabeth was prompt with any questions I had. We enjoyed all the amenities offered. Paddleboarding and kayaking on the Sound was fun and a new experience. Not being directly on the ocean was perfect for our young grandbabies. Pool and hot tub were great. Great family vacation! Zero complaints.'

'Beautiful house with plenty of space in a great location. The amenities were fantastic—especially the pool and paddle boards, which kept the kids entertained for hours. For a large group, you won’t find a better spot.'

'Amazing home with spectacular view and location. Plenty of space to spread out. They have almost everything you need to have a perfect beach vacation. All you need is clothes! It was perfect for our family (8 adults, 1 baby). Host was very friendly and prompt to respond to any and all questions we had. Could not recommend more! '

'Every need for boating was thought of. Trailer could be stored on-site. Perfect location for exploration of the emerald waters. The house is spacious. The showers outside were well placed. Hose in front to clean boat before departure was great.'

'Had a great time here! It’s located in a nice quiet area within a short drive to the beach and businesses. Fort Walton has a lot of free public beach access spots. We were surprised by the beautiful views of the bay at the condos! The condo was clean and comfortable. Didn’t hear any noises from neighbors which was nice. We didn’t hear from the host until the day of our check-in, but after that she was helpful and gave us everything we needed to know. '

The space was clean when we arrived, aside from a little bit of sand on one of the couches (its the beach, what do you expect) Plenty of towels and even extras for beach use, which was very convenient. Stocked with multiple beach chairs for us to use all week as well. Located in a quiet neighborhood close enough to a Walmart and plenty of food options within 15 minutes, even more 25 minutes drive.
