'I was not allowed entrance to the apartments. He claimed there was a burst pipe. He also claimed he'd put in for a refund for me, but he consistently did not take hotels.com's calls. I have written proof of all this, and then he blocked me from communications. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I was there for a convention with no rental car. All places were booked. I was left STRANDED. I had to book a place near the airport and rent a car. It cost me hundreds of dollars in addition to the money I lost...

'I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view.... 1) The door lock/lack there of Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired. 2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size 3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....
