Not the best way to start a trip. Our reservation was for 4days paying an extra night due to the fact that we were arriving at 2am so wanted the convenience of having the room ready upon arrival. We arrived at 2am to check-in into a property that was definitely not what was advertised online/Expedia. First off, the entry way alone was sketchy, that our driver (local) asked if we felt safe staying there as the place looked uncomfortable from outside. Being that we were tired from a 15hr flight, we chose to just check-in. When we got to our room, this was nothing like what was advertised or what we chose online. The cement was cracking at the door, that the employee closed the door the cement fell (huge chunk). The bathroom was small, no bar soap available, had to ask for towels, hand soap wasn’t replenished (looked about 3 months old). It was a horrendous experience but being that we got there so late, 2am we just wanted to shower and go to bed. We checked-in at 2am and left by 10am the same morning. Breakfast food was okay. We spoke with Kiki expressing our concerns and what was showed online. I asked if it was possible to just get a refund of the next two days being that we planned to check-out same day due to not feeling safe or comfortable. She said no as its against their policy. We booked this property through Expedia and tried getting a refund as we literally were on the property for 6hrs not the original 4days as planned. This was denied!

This hotel is located in the middle of rice field. The staff are polite, swim pool are beautiful and clean, Really peaceful. Breakfast is tasty. Download an app Grab can take you to the best restaurant Bebek Tebasari within 15 min driving distance. A dream break!

Great place, amazing staff
Beautiful views, spacious rooms and the staff could not have been better. It was a great find at a very reasonable price. We booked for one night and ended up staying for three. I'd certainly recommend this place, especially if you are not interested in being in the middle of the city.

Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with whatever we needed. A little too far to walk to local restaurants but grab (taxi) rides are cheap.

Perfect stay
A little bit out of Ubud center but overall it’s was a wonderful stay, it was over our expectations . The staff do whatever they can to make your stay perfect. Infinite pool is very beautiful and extremely clean, food was very good and the restaurant was impeccable. Rooms is big,clean , air conditioning works perfectly and bed was comfortable. One of the best hotel I got in Bali. Thumbs up to the staff they work hard to make your stay enjoyable.

Katastrof!
Värsta jag varit med om! När vi bokade detta hotell trodde vi att det låg mitt i Ubud, bredvid Monkey Forest, men så var fallet INTE. Hotels.com visar helt fel location på kartan. Hotellet ligger ca 10-15 min bilfärd från Ubud, mitt i ingenstans. Hotellets shuttle till Ubud går endast 2 ggr per dag vilket inte passade oss så vi fick istället betala dyrt för hotellets privata driver för att ta oss in till stan. Hotellet känns gammalt, öde, övergivet och dåligt underhållet. Vi hade fullt av myror på vårt rum (när vi lyfte på täcket hittade vi i princip ett myrbo) och det kändes som om rummet stått tomt i ca 40 år. Jag fick grova ångestkänslor av att bo på detta hotell. Förstår verkligen inte hur hotellet kan ha så bra recensioner från andra?? Det enda positiva var den fina utsikten från rummet samt den vänliga personalen.

広くて落ち着けるホテル
スタッフの対応は丁寧で親切です。スパが40%オフのため2回利用しました。お得です。大きめのプールがあります。朝食はブュッフェで色々な種類がありました。立地がヘンピなため、ウブドまで往復送迎があるので便利です。部屋は閉めきっていましたが、アリが常に沢山いました。コーヒーの砂糖を残したらすぐにアリで真っ黒になっていました。大きいホテルでのんびり過ごしたいファミリー向けかなと思います。

Above and beyond
The hotel really did go above and beyond during our stay. It was my birthday on the first day of our arrival and the hotel really made it a special day they arranged a birthday cake and a happy birthday message in flowers on the bed. The staff were lovely although some could speak little English but we managed regardless. The hotel was quite beautiful with a great pool area and the room was big and beautiful as well. It's a little older but the gardens are stunning. The location makes it hard to get around it's about 10 mins out of town so lots of taxis in and out. The breakfast menu needs work as portions we're small and it wasn't the best. But room service was good and prices were decent. Secret tip- if you wake up before sunrise head to the roof for an absolutely wonderful view

Peaceful hotel & location
The staff at this hotel are amazing, they could not do enough for us. It's a good location as it's is outside of Ubud making it lovely and peaceful. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you into Ubud & picks up 3 times a day. We had breakfast and it was lovely and not expensive.

Very very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet
The hotel is very new and not built in the traditional balinese style. A big swmmingpool, very quiet location about 200 m away from mainroad. Rooms big enough, good bed, quiet aircondition system. breakfast buffet mostly the same everyday but with a good selection. Rooms are cleaned everyday thoroughly. The staff is so Xtrafriendly everywhere in the hotel. Very good transfer to ubud centre, around 3-4 kilometers, 10-20 minutes with car cause mostly traffic. Overall great, but its far away from ubud the centre.

Fantastic staff, misleading details.
We booked the hotel as the first part of a romantic trip to Bali, one in which we intended to initially do a lot of sightseeing but still have a relaxing and nice hotel to come back to. With the Ubud Monkey Forest being one of the places on our list to visit the fact that the hotel advertised themselves as being within 2km (1 mile) away this seemed fantastic as at most a 20 minute walk for us. However this was more like a 20 minute plus shuttle ride which was one of several minor discrepancies which we felt a little let down. Our first night we arrived after a very long journey only to find the hotel did not have our (paid for) reservation but the staff were very good, and I cannot say enough good things about them for the remainder of our trip, but the room we were put into was quite dirty but luckily they moved us the following night once they had retrieved our Expedia booking. Unfortunately there seemed to be a bit of an infestation of ants in the other room but when the hotel was fumigated a few days in that was the last of any bugs and it was a pleasant stay. Overall it is an ok hotel with fantastic staff but not what we were expecting or hoping for based on the images and details (for example the minibar was just an empty refrigerator, although bottled water was provided in the room) and we failed to spot a fireplace in either room despite the Expedia listing stating they are in every room.

숙소의 위치가 우붓 시내와 조금 떨어져 있어서 조용하고 수영장과 논의 전망이 좋다. 바이크를 빌려서 다닌다면 굉장히 좋다. 수영장은 충분히 넓고 리셉션에서 수영장수건도 빌려준다. 숙소도 깨끗하고 화장실도 청결하지만 타일 등 공사의 디테일은 조금 떨어지는 편이다. 하지만 이런점은 나에게 전혀 문제가 되지않기때문에 충분히 좋았다. 다만 원목으로 제작된 선반과 쓰레기통 등에서 집개미가 나왔다. 아침식사는 기대이하.. 싼가격에 넓은방과 멋진뷰를 즐길 사람들 시내와는 떨어져있지만 바이크를 타고 다닐 사람들이라면 추천한다. 깔끔떠는 사람들은 그냥 비싼돈 주고 좋은 호텔을 찾아서 가는게 좋다. 괜히 싸다고 가서 불평하기보다는..

It took 45 minutes to get into Ubud from the hotel, the traffic was shocking. The trip back from town took ten minutes so choose your travel time wisely.......because of this I would not choose this hotel again. There are too many hotels in town that are better value.

Great hotel, comfy good sized rooms and great pool. Pool was being cleaned the day we arrived so was not usable but by the morning it was Crystal clear and open. Staff was extremely nice. Food wasn't bad and good size portions... but better food else where.

Great staff!
I love this place. Amazing staff. Rent a car or motorcycle to get around. They have a free shuttle bus dropping you off and picking you up to/from central Ubud during specific times everyday.

Comfiest bed we have ever had in a hotel. Whatever cleaner or scent they use in the room...does not smell nice at all. Reminded us of an old folks home. Pool and view was excellent. Weird breakfast with garlic bread...If the breakfast improved it would be a fantastic deal.

Ótimo hotel. Todos muito atenciosos, ótimo serviço, ótimas condições do hotel, piscina com borda infinita pata uma plantação de arroz, demais...... Quarto grande, com uma varanda sensacional, adorei..... Longe de tudo. Eu fui de carro, não tive nenhum problema.... Para quem depende de condução, táxi, ou eles têm um serviço gratuito de van em alguns horários para ubud.

Quiet and Relaxing Stay
I stayed in this hotel when they just opened for 2 months. Since the hotel is new and the location is not in central Ubud, it is very quiet which I liked after my stay in busy Nusa Dua resorts. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was facing the rice fields which was calming and wonderful. It was not peak season when I came, so there were not many hotel guests and the hotel decided to provide an a la carte breakfast with selections of Western, Continental, Indonesian, or Balinese breakfast and includes coffee/tea, juice, and a fruit plate. Even though it seems that you do not have many choices for the breakfast, the portion is good enough for one person because it won't feel good anyway if you fill up your stomach too much in the morning. The staff said if it's peak season, they will provide a breakfast buffet. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle bus to central Ubud (Ubud Palace) 3 times a day. The staff service was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed staying in this quiet hotel and I hope they finish all the facilities soon.

Nous sommes accueillis comme des rois par tout le personnel de l'établissement. Seul petit bémol, ce n'est pas tout le monde qui parle bien l'anglais. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Ubud. Es gibt jedoch 3mal täglich einen kostenlosen Shuttle ins Zentrum. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend ausgestattet und es gibt eine vielfältige Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet.

L'hôtel est dans un coin un peu retiré d'Ubud, vue sur rizières au loin, mais offre un service de navette gratuit pour le centre-ville d'Ubud. L'hôtel est très bien, la chambre était grande, propre, coffre-fort et bonne climatisation, une belle piscine. Le service était très bien !
