'The room was clean, cozy and super cute! I was able to text or call the hosts whenever I had trouble finding the lock box for the key to the room. The only issue was there was no hot water while we were showering. Other than the hot water issue, everything was perfect.'

'Property is an easy drive to restaurants, grocery, quirky little downtown, bars, Rockport’s great beach. Property has definitely seen better days but cottages are very spacious…two rooms. Ice machine not working. No extra toilet paper rolls in bathroom. There is a pool though I never saw it being used. Owner very friendly. Right by the water. This is a low budget motel at a low rate. Keep your expectations with that in mind and it will work for you.'

'The toilet leaked, couldn’t get a hold of anybody at the property only seen him when we checked in. The pool was supposed to open at 9 AM never opened found a fingernail in my bed that didn’t belong to me or anyone with me. The water for the bathtub wasn’t even hot. Just terrible. Terrible. Stay altogether. Do not recommend staying there.'
