'This host is perfect, responsive and has home stocked with all needs while on the road. I booked this place but ended up staying at another property done the street with 2 bedrooms. The just made sure every detail was covered, had plenty of kitchen items, coffee, basic toiletries stocked for use. We appreciated this so much. Home was very clean, with plenty of towels/ sheets and everything one could want. We could not have been happier there for a long week stay. '

'Our son goes to college at UM and this is a great place to stay while we visit. It's close to the University and has the amenities for a little mini vacation. We loved the game room, swimming pool, on site restaurant and walkability to other dining. We even grilled burgers by the pool one night for a 'home cooked' meal.'

'The neighborhood was not what was expected. The toilet downstairs had incorrect bowl and lid and was not secure. The toilet upstairs had a broken seat. The TP holder upstairs was broken. There were gnats/fruit flies everywhere. The property management never cleaned up the dog park or playground area. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. There was no microwave. Overall, this was not a great place to stay for an extended amount of time and we would not recommend! '

'This property is in a great location, for us, convenient to amenities and to our son's home. The unit is vey comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The shower head in the primary bath does need to be replaced, but this was only a minor inconvenience for us. Everything else was perfect.'
