'My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cabin for our girl's trip. Everything was very clean, and we were impressed by the extras that were provided - hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, shampoo/conditioner, olive oil, salt/pepper in grinders, and a collection of spices. There was an excellent selection of dishes and cookware. This was a rustic, cozy cabin with high end finishes and details. You will not regret staying here!'

'We loved the cabin in the woods. It was very roomy and comfortable Everything that we needed for cooking was available . The porch was great. When we come to Meadows of Dan we are visiting with family in nearby Laurel Fork. The cabin is so close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the overlooks on the Parkway at Rocky Knob are spectacular . 'This was a wonderful little cabin! It was so peaceful and a nice quiet getaway. It was located on a working farm. It’s a beautiful property! We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay! Check-in was easy. While we didn’t cook during our stay, they had a full kitchen in case you wanted to. We really enjoyed our stay! '

'The cabin was very nice and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. Close to parkway access. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. Downfall to the property, the driveway is long and somewhat narrow for large truck and motorcycle trailer, difficult to maneuver. 4.5 stars overall. Thanks John.'

'The cabin is very nice, clean and beautiful location. Inside was very nice. It is a bit of a walk with luggage from the parking area to the cabin. Perhaps the owner could invest in a cart of some sort to help with this, especially for older clients.'
