'We absolutely loved our stay at Luann's place! Everything was just as represented and in fact even better in person. Loved all the amenities - hot tub, sauna, pool, kayaks, pool table - we used them all! Very private and well-appointed patio surrounded by trees and songbirds. Short downhill walk to the lake, which is so peaceful and clear. A little slice of paradise :-)'

'Due to extreme filth and bug infestation, both dead and alive we were unable to stay on property for duration. It was clear that none of the kitchen utensils were clean or any of the dishes. Dead bugs were in drawers, frig in plates and glasses. An evening trip to restroom exposed numerous roaches running around the kitchen sink and at least one roach on the running across the coffee table. i have contacted the property manager to ask for full refund, but no response yet.
