'We moved here from the other hotel due to its closeness to the airport, parking on site and elevators. From here we toured the Arizona Memorial and the Polynesian Cultural Center. It was an easy walk to the Queen’s palace but it was not open during our stay. The staff was very helpful and attentive all during our stay. A great place to stay in downtown. '

The elevators take way too long so if you uber or lyft make sure to start your journey 10 mins before so you dont loose your rideshare. 'Building over all ratings were referring to the building itself and surrounding areas GOOD. The terrible ratings are referring only to Room 916 itself, which gets the worst ratings. No Hot Water for the first two and a half days on bathroom and kitchen sinks, leaking water from under the refrigerator reporting all to property staff. 'It was a cute little room, there were these little bugs everywhere.. not sure what they were but they were all over the shower and bathroom counter, the walls by the bed and the dresser.. the AC unit worked but some of the buttons for temperature and such didn’t work so it was stuck at whatever it was on, along with being able to see mold in the vent and you could smell it when you turned the unit on, we also had to use the stairs multiple times to get to level 25 due to there only being 1...

'I knew my goal was to spend more time outdoors than in. Good location. Walking distance to Ilikai, Hilton, Ala Moana Mall, etc. Pool was a nice alternative to walking to crowded beach during day, and relaxing in the evenings. Jacuzzi was good and evenings always in use. Close your curtains at night to avoid lookey loos! Especially with light on. Can see everything from pool. LOL. $5 to use gym for duration of stay. Good equipment and AC was great! 'The place has four walls, a bathroom, a mattress, refrigerator, and a window a/c unit. That's about all I can say for it. "Spartan" would be a generous adjective. Dingy older building; musty smell in the "condo"; shower was TINY and leaked horribly when using the detachable shower head. Did not have warm water one of the mornings. If this had been called a "private room in hostel" and the price had been 50% what I paid, it would have been an acceptable value. '

'Water damage throughout property, all the tiles in the shower are loose and there were microscopic silver bugs crawling underneath them. AC had something black inside of it and dust all over it. There were roach traps underneath the bed, and the sheets felt dirty. Overall a 0/10'

'Not only was I lied to about the type of property that I paid for “condo”. It was dirty when I got there. The building was falling apart and no one had answers. It was oh call this person call that person. I asked for my trip to be refunded and to no surprise I did not get a response. If you’re traveling I highly recommend you go straight to a chain place. '

"Goede ligging en vriendelijk personeel. Iedere dag vrijwel hetzelfde ontbijt. Parkeren is prima, maar wel duur.
