'This apartment was wonderful! The location was great and walkable to downtown, the host was very responsive and helpful, and it was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could have needed. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone attending for a sporting event or concert. Could not have had a better experience!!'

'Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Grand Avenue Apt. as it was sub-par to all those I've stayed in. It offers only the most bare basics in the kitchen (eg, only 1 small pairing knife, minimal utensils, no corkscrew or bottle opener, and no cooking supplies), the view is only from the street (not the apt), the wifi continually went out, the AC only cools the bedroom, and the mattress was lumpy and broken (listing significantly to one side against the wall). It's a shame as, with some attention...

'The hosts, Lee and Michele were great. They were very accommodating, attentive, prompt to respond/resovlve any issues, and easy to reach. The property was well maintained, managed, modern, and clean. Plenty of amenities were provided including coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, paper products, cleaning products, linens, towels, etc. Washer, dryer, oven/stove(gas) were modern, efficient, and easy to operate. The walkway was kept clear of snow/ice/leaves. Free street parking. Check in and check out...

My family and I were coming in to pick up a kid from camp and catch a Pirates game- its wicked close to the very cool Incline, and then you can catch to T to almost anywhere in the city. The house is very 'Burgh: cozy, lofty, and leafy! The hosts are amazing and it was all very easy and straightforward. A great spot we will return to!'

The views were beautiful and the accessibility to the Incline to walk to various spots in the city made it even better for our needs as we wanted to get lots of fresh air and see the city.
