'The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized.
Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected.
Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed...

'The location of the River Inn is excellent. It is in a nice neighborhood, with like a 20-30 mins walk to the DC Mall. There are multiple restaurants and super markets relatively close. The hotel itself also contains an Italian restaurant that was fine, the breakfast is also there. The staff of the hotel is helpful and the rooms are clean and big. The room contains a lot of extra facilities such as cooking facilities. We had a great stay. '

'We arrived in town a day early and stopped by to verify/upgrade our room for the next day. The young lady at the front desk was terrific. She found our reservation and we discussed the view and since it was not what we wanted she moved us to an appropriate room. She was great. We arrive the next day to check in and during the check-in process I asked about our room to verify it was the one we got moved to and the same young lady said oh no it appears to not be the room that we moved you to...
