'Check in was a breeze and the receptionist was very friendly. The hotel itself is not new but the room was very clean with updated furniture and floors. It is obvious the owners take care of it. I was only there for one night with an early morning appointment so can't say much about the surrounding area other than it was convenient to my appointment.'

'Great place to relax and rest after day of being out around the eastern shore. Felt like home with the quiet rural setting and away from city noise. Loved hearing the toad and barking tree frogs in the babbling brook every night. Highly recommend for those who prefer peace and quiet in rural settings.'

'The bay is directly in the backyard where you can see the sun set each evening from the house. There is a small beach that is sandy during low tide. If you want to wade in the bay, wear water shoes because there is glass that washes in from the bay. Mosquitoes are a problem, but it isn't just here. That's just the Eastern Shore in summer. If it is windy they aren't too bad if you use bug spray. But we didn't spend much time outside and didn't use the fire pit area, although it looked lovely.The...

'Highly recommended. I definitely plan on returning. Property was very clean, the house was perfect. It was spacious, the private dock was a huge plus. There is a big distance bewteen yourself and other neighbors and privacy was perfect. Two kayaks provided to go on the water, a nice grill, and a fire pit. Washer and Dryer are also on site which makes life so much easier. Showers were awesome. Complimentary wine was a plus!!!! Again highly recommended and we intend on visiting again'
