ik had geen andere willen hebben op menorca
Het is heel organisch als een klein dorpje gebouwd. Per appartement heb je voldoende voorzieningen om te eten en drinken: een twee pits gastel , koelkast , magnetron met wat pannen servies bestek en serviesgoed. Rond 22 april is het zwembadwater nog erg koud, wel is het nog erg rustig rond die tijd. Ze hebben goede strandstoelen om het zwembad. Dat is ook de reden dat de supermarkt van dit resort pas op 27 april open ging. Zelf hebben we boodschappen gehaald in het dorpje Es Mercador 7 km verderop. Er is ook een supermarkt dichterbij in het dorp Forgess. De hotelmedewerkers zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam. Er wordt iedere dag keurig schoongemaakt en de handdoeken of beddegoed ververst wanneer het nodig is.

Struttura bella, ma che comincia a risentire degli anni. Piscine e giardini ben tenuti, mentre gli appartamenti necessitano di qualche ammodernamento. Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta, ma un pochino caotica in pieno agosto

L'hôtel est plutôt mignon dans son ensemble mais n'est pas bien entretenu. Les chambres sont vieillottes, salle de bain hyper humide, porte non isolante et une chaleur difficilement supportable la nuit malgré les ventilateurs. Nous n'avons pas testé la nourriture sur place.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience Jeremy, we are forced to match with the aesthetics and landscape of the environment so we are not allowed to install air conditioning at the property unfortunatelly, we can only have ceiling fans at the apartments.We are seafront sea location, so quite difficul to avoid humedity also..

Joli coin paradisiaque
Joli complexe avec une végétation magnifique ! Des équipement très bien entretenus dont les piscines, restaurants...Présence d'un Kids Club, super pour les enfants! Équipe super sympa et disponible. Présence d'un parking et de plusieurs places dans la rue. L'intérieur des appartements est à rafraîchir, beaucoup d'humidité, peu de rangement dans la salle de bain. En bref, une végétation luxuriant, de belles piscines et un bord de mer très appréciables. Nous recommandons fortement.

Séjour plutôt décevant
Hôtel bien situé avec de nombreuses facilités : piscines, jeux, bus à proximité, supermarché.... mais hôtel rénové sommairement : pas de double vitrage, BEAUCOUP d’humidité dans les 3 logements occupés (odeur de moisi) et très mauvaise insonorisation. Nous étions en rez-de-chaussée chaussée ; logements sombres.

Jolie résidence bien équipée et bien située. Mais notre appartement était en RDC : sombre et mauvaise insonorisation avec voisins au-dessus (+ odeur pas agréable dans chambre, proche odeur mazout) bon équipement dans l'appartement et salle de bain refaite bien agréable.

Muy bien para ir con niños
Está muy bien,limpio y a pesar de ser antiguo esta bien conservado. El apartamento limpio y cómodo.el sofá cama es comodísimos,los ventiladores de techo,de lujo casi mejor que si tuviera aire acondicionado. El parque acuático y las piscinas están muy bien,solo que como no vayas muy pronto la gente deja su toalla para guardar tumbona y te quedas sin. Cerca hay restaurantes y la playa está pegada al hotel.lo único malo sería que estuve en un 4 sin ascensor y en la calle que lleva a la playa y donde paran los camiones a descargar y por eso se escucha un poco de ruido. Por lo demás muy bien. Para ir familias con niños es ideal

Wir waren zufrieden. Die Zimmer hätten besser sein können. Vor allem die Betten. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Wird vor allem von Familien mit Kindern gebucht.

We went as a family of four in one self catering room and my parents in another. We had contacted earlier requesting for our accommodation to be as close as possible which they did. Generally clean but our sofa bed had a bad burnt mark on the one side. The shower tray could not contain the water and there was overflow onto the bathroom floor. Both manageable. Lovely pool outside my parents room as per picture. Supermarket is 5 minutes walk away which was convenient. Onsite three restaurants, a grill, buffet and a la carte. 5 mins walk away are a bar and two restaurants. Onsite water sports including Menorca Diving, the staff were great. My 10 year old and 16 year old enjoyed their open water diving course with Diego. the resort is a few minutes walk away to the beach which had three separate parts, water shallow enough to walk through. Clean sandy beaches. 10 mins drive is Fornells, lots of restaurants and a lovely walk along the harbour. Within 30 minutes drive to Mahon airport, Ciutedella and Son Bou. Bring Mosquito repellant.

The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful wherever they could. The buffet and other restaurants provided nice meal choices and good service. My only issue with this hotel is that there is no mosquito netting on the windows seeing that there is no A/C, the netting would help reduce the mosquito bights.

Great Spot for Family Fun!
Great family spot with lots of fun activities!! Our apartment was perfect for us and well-quipped with very comfy beds, gorgeous view and great veranda. Not super fancy but clean, simple and aesthetically pleasing. We were only here one night but would definitely come again!

Nice place, hidden extra charges
The area was great, the appartement we stayed in was clean and had a good standard with only little things like a chopping board missing in the kitchen. The only thing that really bothered me that the in room safe is listed in facilties and we were then told we have to pay for it to use it!

The property was very clean except for our shower it kept on leaking which then made the bathroom stink of sewer. Staff was very nice and helpful. Not enough evening entertainment. This property is really for families with kids under 12 and older generation over 60.

Family budget hotel: restaurant service poor.
Booked two apartments but both needed updating. Apartment next to main resort was noisy from very early morning being nearest to main Resort kitchen and service road, the beds were too firm so slept badly. We repeatedly requested a move but nothing said to be available although many apartments empty. Service in the Garden Village restaurant was awful with no management evident: first night we were refused a meal by elderly waiter until we pointed out kitchen was meant to be open. Another occasion he drove us and another customer away by repeatedly dragging tables and chairs around. Another time he swept floor around us as we ate and drank and once we never got served although several waiting staff chatting at bar.We boycotted the restaurant after that. Positives: Budget price and use of better main resort facilities where service was better and friendly. The location, 30 minutes from airport and near Tirant beach was good but nearest beach covered with seaweed.Layout of gardens and pools, buildings is attractive. We would be unlikely to return.

nous avions un appartement avec une douche dont le débit d'eau était très faible, le soir seules 2 personnes sur 4 pouvaient se doucher car après l'eau devenait froide, dès que nous mettions en route le micro onde et les plaques chauffantes tout disjonctait et il nous fallait attendre une demi dans le noir avant que l'électricité se remette en route donc les équipements étaient très médiocre , pas de chauffage dans l'appartement et nous avons eu froid
