Séjour en famille au top
Tout était parfait emplacement proche de la ville de Minorque, spot pour le coucher du soleil. L’hôtel est parfait pour les familles avec lise à disposition de lit pour enfant et chaise haute. La piscine pour enfant est super avec différente hauteur d’eau et différent type de toboggan. Nous reviendrons

Hotel très bien il y a beaucoup de jeunes parents avec de très jeunes enfants mais pour un couple qui veut se reposer et profiter de la piscine c’est parfait surtout qu’il y a des chaises longues tout au long de la journée.

Great time at a lovely hotel. All inclusive was good and pools brilliant for our 8 year old son. Minor grumbles - only restaurant often had big queues for hot buffet (more, distinct stations would help) and big queues at some times to be seated despite free tables for 4 (main reason being big groups of 5 clogging up the entrance waiting to be seated together). Also be prepared for music going on late if around main pool and on the sofa bed... bedroom itself was quiet. Local area is amazing with dozens of nice restaurants, shops and arcades for kids within 5mins walk aroubd the marina. Beautiful beach just 10 mins away. We will be back!

Marsenses is great for families both with young kids and teenagers. The apartments were nice and staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall a really nice stay and I would recommend for sure.

At the time I visited it was really quiet which I was surprised at due to how nice a place it was. Not only this the entire team were so welcoming and nice. The entertainment put on every single day was brilliant and the team putting on the entertainment did it with such energy. Wish I could’ve stayed longer, recommend to everyone!

Great holiday
Stayed in a very nice, two bed apartment that was recently updated to a high standard - can't fault it in anyway. Food was amazing, which I was pleasantly surprised by and definitely as good as, if not better than eating outside the hotel. Entertainment was great for the kids, who also loved the splash pool - as we went in October we quite often had the pool almost to ourselves! Overall a great hotel and great holiday.

The hotel itself was very good. Perfectly situated in Cala n Bosch for the harbour restaurants and beach. We liked the beach at Son Xoriguer better than the local beach which is only a 10 min walk. The food at the hotel was fantastic and all the staff in the restaurant, bar, also cleaners etc work incredibly hard and are very friendly and helpful. Pools are great. Usual selfish reserving of sunbeds though from early hours even though it says towels will be removed before 10am. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed although for a 4* hotel it was a bit old fashioned. There was also a smell in the bathroom sometimes from the drains/sewage system. I think this hotel suits families with younger children especially during the school holidays. The evening entertainment we found disappointing, compared to other places we have been. The kids club was still going in the bar area until gone 9pm which is fine if you have small kids but it was very loud and there is nowhere else to go to escape it. The adult evening entertainment which started at 9.30pm was in my opinion a bit naff and again on an all inclusive where we wanted to sit and have a few drinks, there was nowhere else to go to avoid it other than your room. The evening I would class as more of a 2-3* hotel unfortunately.

We found the hotel to be very kid friendly with daily activities and a nightly mini disco. The entertainment staff were so good with the children. There are four pools to choose from, two with mini slides for the younger ones and activities centred around the other two deeper pools. Securing sun loungers around the bigger pools was not always easy as people reserve them with towels despite signs saying not to, although this is not exclusive to this hotel - it happens everywhere . The food choices were very good. Sometimes all inclusive can get a bit “samey “ but that doesn’t here. All the staff from cleaners to bar and restaurant staff to reception are all very friendly despite working long hours.

Bien, los horarios del comedor especialmente la cena, muy temprano. Nada agradable tener que estar marcados con una pulsera toda la semana como si fuéramos ganado. Calidad de las comidas, aceptable, algunos productos muy mejorables como el aceite. El horario de la piscina tampoco adecuado ( cierre a las 18:00) aunque era flexibles al igual que con otras normas de está instalaciones como que haya adultos tirándole por toboganes para niños o gente bañándose con ropa... El personal del comedor muy eficiente pese al gran volumen de trabajo.

Buen hotel. El horario de las cenas es totalmente para extranjeros. Si te pasabas 10 minutos de la hora te apagaban hasta las luces. El personal muy atento.

The hotel was convenient to get to the marina, it was roomy and clean and staff were helpful. The hotel is primarily for families with very young children, not couples or adults. The evening entertainment was too loud/ Too many queuse's everywhere. Mealtimes were not very relaxing

Hemos disfrutado de un fin de semana completamente relajante, en el spa, en las piscinas... y acompañados de un personal muy amable.

Bra pool och service
Bra service från alla anställda och ren överallt. Obekväm att titta på tv i rummen. Tvn sitter åt sidan. Bra men enformig mat i restaurangen. Bör dock finnas lock på sallader och bröd då det finns flugor, vilket känds lite ofräsch. Finns 2 övriga kiosker som har snacks och läsk. Den vid barnpoolen bör stänga senare. Stänger nu kl 15 vilket vetyder att man antingen får vänta till kl 19 tills restaurangen öppnar eller att man får gå en bit för att hämta i andra kiosken. Det blir även annan stämning i barnområdet när den är öppen. Närhet till calan bosch restauranger och närmaste strand endast 10 minuters promenad. Barn Entertainment var bra men borde variera lite sin show. Generellt var vi super nöjda med de trevkiga männikor och pooler.

A ido todo super bien, ya es nuestr segunda vez, al niño le gusta mucho por los toboganes y juegos acuaticos que hay en una de las piscinas, lo menos bueno es la comida del restaurante, no es malo, pero podria ser un poco mejor, ya se que es dificil cocinar para tanta gente, pero podria ser un poquito de mas buena calidad, nosotros no hemos utilizado cada dia comida y cena a pesar de tener todo incluido. De lo demas, todo excelente.

A Great Family Holiday Location
Having read numerous great reviews about this Hotel I was expecting great things and was only mildly disappointed. This is an excellent family hotel that is without question geared towards the entertainment of the children (which lets be honest is probably something we all look for when holidaying with kids) and it is something they put a great deal of effort into. The hotel is clean, tidy and very well maintaned (The landscape of the hotel, lawns, flowerbeds etc were immaculate) Staff were overall very pleasant and helpful, especially the excellent restaurant and bar staff who were always willing to help and talk to the kids. 3 Swimming pools offer excellent variety for all ages although I felt that pool maintenance should be higher in the main pool. Poolside maintenance and cleaning around the sun beds during the day should be increased as this did not happen and should be a priority for health and safety reasons alone. The restaurant was immaculate and very well run, with a decent amount of variety that changes slightly every night. I have to say that all meals were of a very high standard and the chefs and waiting staff should be complemented on a well run kitchen and restaurant. Breakfast selection was excellent. Very concerned over the amount of waste involved with plastic cups, plates etc from the all inclusive snack bars etc. This has to be looked at by all hotels that implement this system as it is a wicked amount of waste on a daily basis,recycle please

Personale molto gentile. A seguito di un piccolo problema ci e’ stato offerta una bottiglia di cava, gesto molto apprezzato e non così scontato. Cibo buono. Posizione ottima e piscine per bimbi bellissime. Aspetti negativi: pochi ombrelloni per le sdraio in piscina. Sdraio limitate. Bar in piscina bimbi senza bevande alcoliche. Bar in piscina centrale non serviva più cibo dalle 1730 nonostante orario dichiarato fosse 1800.
