'The room was okay, but the bed was far too soft. It felt old and sagging. The bathrooms were fine but quite outdated. Showering in a bathtub is no longer really of this time. The room was also too warm and could not be cooled with the air conditioning, so I had to open the window, which caused a lot of noise during the night. The biggest problem, however, are the elevators. They are extremely slow and seem to do whatever they want. It is quite dramatic. Every single time I had to wait more...

'Prima'

'The employees were friendly and helpful, though the hotel is below its 4 star standard. We first got a room (300) that had a very noisy air-condition system. Even though it was turned of it kept making an annoying clicking sound all night long. The next morning we got a new room (121) which was extremely hot. I mean at least 30 degrees. We asked them to take a look at it, but nothing could be done. We opened the window, but as soon as we closed it at night because of the noise of the highway,...

'My son and I were very well treated by the staff. They were very kind and caring. My son enjoyed a lot the swimming pool with a beatiful view. Breakfast was delicious! The only minor issue: we had to go to Airport Linate for our flight , I found it far from the airport, amost €70 for the taxi.'

'The room was very small. It reminded me of a tiny room in New York. There was hardly anywhere to put luggage and toiletries. I could just barely roll my luggage between the bed and the wall. It was a tight squeeze. We also weren’t in a very nice area…we had a homeless lady approach us just outside the hotel doors and followed us inside insisting she see our documents (which would never happen). The receptionist was great.'

'Sadly I had a very bad experience at this hotel and do not believe it should be on Hotels.com. It really isn’t a hotel - more like a spare room in someone’s house. The temperature outside was 37 degrees (and didn’t drop below 27 degrees all night), but the A/C in the room was broken and all there was to try to keep you cooler was a very old fan. You couldn’t open the door to the terrace without moving the bed. (I was offered an alternative room in the attic - with working A/C but it was a...

Zeer onprofessioneel'
