'Het verblijf is aan onderhoud toe. Schimmelgeur was aanwezig. Douche half defect...kortom geen aanrader. De eigenaar spreekt alleen spaans en reageert vrij langzaam. Wel een prima locatie.'

'This property is a wonderful location in the historic center of the city. Good beds and a quiet location. Enjoyed the patio space for our breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Nice bathrooms and showers.Upholster furniture is starting to show wear and stains. But this is less important to me if the beds and bathrooms look clean and new. They let us store luggage in office before check in time. Much appreciated. Has elevato , which was nice when bringing luggage up 4...

'Hector's flat was perfect for our short trip to Madrid. Great location in a lively area and we were able to walk everywhere.'

'Property was as described….clean and as pictured.Area was great for walking and lots of nice places to eat. We were a 20 minute walk from The palace; and The famous chocolatier. Uber available but a little pricey.I will say, I did know or like that this VRBO uses another party to assist….Slow Suites was more than slow to answer my emails about check in; and we had to go through them to place credentials for check in. I did report this to VRBO. '

'We enjoyed our 4 nights in Madrid at this VRBO. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The sofa and chairs in the Living Room could be replaced as they are very worn. Also, the Pillows in the bedrooms could be replaced and did not have extra pillows in the upstairs bedroom. Over all would recommend anyone staying here but again please update the furniture.'

'Das Viertel Malasana hat Charme und Wohnung liegt prima. Aber geeignet als Ferienquartier ist dieses Appartement nicht. Es ist nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern man kann nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt aufrecht stehen. Damit konnte man nach der Beschreibung wirklich nicht rechnen. Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall. Über die Dächer wirkt das doch etwas unsicher. Die Dusche...

'The apartment was everything we had hoped for and more -- super comfortable, very tastefully decorated and right in the heart of one of the most fun and accessible neighborhoods of central Madrid. We would stay there again very happily and recommend it to all of our friends. Angela is an extremely friendly and responsive host and always answered all our questions immediately. '

"Echt een heerlijk en groot appartement. Veel ruimte en midden in centrum. Toen we aankwamen kregen we een kaart zodat we ons nog even konden omkleden/opfrissen bij de sportzaal. Supermarkt Carrefour om de hoek, ook fijn om je koelkast en vriezer te vullen!"
