'The apartment was comfortable and at a great location. HOWEVER the water heater was not working, water was freezing cold, decided to heat some water on the range to wash up and it didn't work either! I messaged owner and did not get a response until the next day at 10:00 a.m., after we had already checked out. It was a shame, the building and apartment has a lot of character and we would have enjoyed it if it wasnt for not being able to shower!'
