'Place is clean and they clean the common area every time someone checks out, which given the nature of this listing (private rooms in shared apartment) can be daily / every two days. Very convenient location with great public transport connections, restaurants around and supermarket literally next door. Great for few days. The main entrance of a building can sometimes be jammed and you need to wrestle with it to get it open. The key simply won’t turn until you hit some sweet spot or...

'The apartment comes just like in the pictures, exactly as advertised. Situated at about 15 min walk from Prado Museum and El Retiro park, 5 min from a subway/metro stop, it is fully equipped, with A/C in every room, close to everything and it makes for a wonderful stay and vacation. The host, Santiago, is a wonderful, attentive to his guests and ready to advise and help in any way possible. Perfect for a family stay. We would totally recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Madrid.'

'The place was clean and comfortable for my family. We especially appreciated Israel’s flexibility with the check in and the sweet extra touches for the children that made us feel at home. The location is very convenient as there are several coffee shops, local tapas bars, and grocery stores just steps away. We were also able to walk to Atocha station to take a train to our next destination.'
