'The apartment was clean, the location was great and very close to transit. Madrid public transit is awesome so we easily got where we needed to go. We took advantage of the proximity to the Retiro (we’ve got two little kids who especially loved the peacocks)! The Wizink Plaza was so close, and a great place for kids to play while grown ups get a drink! There was also a lot of great shopping nearby, both at Corte Ingles as well as smaller shops. 'Good apartment'

'The location is great. However, the apartment was dirty, cold, and had several maintenance issues. For example, the doors stuck to the floor so would not shut properly. A window in the bathroom did not close. We left a day early because we were not satisfied.'

'Es la primera vez que tenemos tantos problemas con un alquiler en VRBO. A este dpto lo tiene una empresa, Alterhome donde TODO fue problema. El pago habia que hacerlo a traves de Sabadel, probamos 8 tarjetas de credito y todas fueron rechazadas!!! Finalmente hubo que hecerles una transferencia… aqui ya empezamos con las idas y vueltas y con ganas de suspender la reserva.
