'We absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful apartment! Angel gave us a very warm welcome and great tips about where to go and eat in a very proactive and friendly way. The apartment is beautiful and the location is superb; we could walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Angel really cares about the apartment and his guests and make them feel welcome in Madrid. We’ll definitely will be coming back to this place, which is fantastic in every possible way! Thank your for all your good care...

'The property is well prepared, clean and spacious. The host is easy to communicate with and very attentive. What it is needed to be understood is the location of the apartment. The entrance is right on the street, it can be loud and with a lot of people smoking right in front of the door, which can create a breathing hazard. Also the zone can be perceived as unsafe, although we didn’t have any problems.'

'The location is great (lots of restaurants, free bus stop 001, train station Atocha 15min walk) however the keys wasnt at the location they mentioned (safety box nearby) and we got scared thought it was a fraude. When we finally could do the checkin it wasnt clean (no beds, towels and bathroom clean). There is none amenities so take yours. Also note that hot water is not available if you use two baths at the same time.'

'A few small details we found that will help. Make sure to bring more dishwasher pods and laundry if you plan on doing more than one load. Bathrooms dont have a lot of shelf space. Washing machine is a dual unit so we found a little tricky without a manual. We brought a roll of paper towel. They provide a nice little welcome kit including coffee pods.'

'The location is great. It's convenient to walk to nearby attractions and eateries. The unit has heating and cooling through the floor, which is unfortunately inadequate to cool the bedrooms. There's a washer/dryer combo, which is one of the reasons we chose it. There is no laundry detergent and no instructions on how to use it. We bought our own detergent and watched YouTube on how to use it. Our clothes went through a 90-minute wash cycle, followed by a 3-hour drying cycle. They came out worse...

'Very nice location for local restaurants and entertainment. Walking distance form everything, including the Embajadores Metro stop.The photos are a tiny bit deceiving because of all the mirrors in the main living area. Look closely, there is not a lot of room for sitting or dining in.Otherwise the property was fine!'

'The location could not be better, just around the corner from Puerta del Sol. The management was responsive and communicated well, and the apartment was clean and attractive. The only negative is that it was very small, with barely enough room for 4 adults. The kitchen is tiny, with only enough room for one person to turn around. It had most of the basic supplies (we never did find a corkscrew), but not enough room for more than simple meals. The toaster and tea kettle were efficient, but...

'Een heel mooi en luxueus appartement op een schitterende locatie in een orachtige stad. Ondanks de drukte op straat was het in de slaapkamers stil. De bedden en stoelen waren erg comfortabel. Alle actie en gezelligheid van Madrid begint voor de deur. Dit verdient allemaal 5 sterren. Het inchecken verliep helaas niet zo soepel en de communicatie was traag. De avond voor aankomst kregen we de codes om de sleutel op te halen in een centrum voor sleutelkastjes en bagageopslag. Van daar moesten we...

'This is such a lovely, spacious apartment. The location is perfect, as it is close to so many restaurants, shopping, attractions, etc.The host was very responsive, and met us at the space upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again in the future!'
