'I never leave reviews because most places do what they're supposed to. But I felt compelled to warn future travelers so I can sleep at night.We were a group of 12, but this listing could only comfortably sleep about 7. The loft is accessed by an unsecured wooden ladder and sits on a platform with no railings. 'Très bien placé pour la proximité du métro, supermarché proche, quartier tranquille et logement fonctionnel. Surveillance de l'équipement de cuisine très restreint (bouilloire brûlée, casserole ne correspondant pas à la plaque de cuisson...) Attention au linge de maison, la couette supplémentaire est inutilisable (toute tâchée). Le contrat stipule aux locataires de ne pas faire de bruit, mais le restaurant voisin est très bruyant jusque très tard, du fait de la mauvaise insonorisation.'

"In augustus 2026 verbleef ik 2 nachten in dit hotel vanwege een stedentrip in Madrid. Het hotel ligt op een centrale plek en is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer en het ligt op loopafstand van verschillende toeristische bezienswaardigheden. Voor wie geen problemen met een groot, massaal hotel heeft, is dit hotel een aanrader, voor wie daar niet goed tegen kan, zou ik aanraden om een kleiner of zakelijker hotel uit te kiezen. Onze deluxe kamer was functioneel ingericht, met een opvallend ruime badkamer. Wel kon je geluiden van de gang en andere verdiepingen goed horen, een nadeel voor een hotel als deze. De kamer werd goed schoongehouden en bronwater werd elke dag aangevuld. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en van goede kwaliteit, maar zeker later op de ochtend wel erg massaal. Er waren wachtrijen, sommige producten waren niet steeds aangevuld en het was behoorlijk rumoerig. De rooftop bar was verrassend gezellig, maar, zoals je kunt verwachten, wel prijzig. Na andere reviews gelezen te hebben, vreesde ik een beetje voor het liftensysteem, maar gedurende mijn verblijf vielen de wachttijden bij de liften enorm mee en leek het systeem zelfs best efficiënt."
