'You need to have international internet service to get into your room. The sofa cushions were stained/dirty and the sofa bed mattress was of poor quality, very uncomfortable. Not enough toilet paper left in the room for 5 guests staying for 3 nights. When we asked for more, they responded by asking for permission to enter the room, which we did not see in time since we had no Internet service in Europe.'

'Excelente ubicación a solo minutos caminando de Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Parque el Retiro y estación del metro. El apartamento es acogedor y limpio. La comunicación con el encargado fue extraordinaria “check in” fácil y efectivo. Ademas nos arrendaron otro apartamento en “early check in” ya que llegamos temprano en la mañana. '

'We absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful apartment! Angel gave us a very warm welcome and great tips about where to go and eat in a very proactive and friendly way. The apartment is beautiful and the location is superb; we could walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Angel really cares about the apartment and his guests and make them feel welcome in Madrid. 'We had a great time, and we couldn't choose a better place to stay, it's perfectly located, close to all the main attractions, you can walk to the metro. If you booked this awesome place, I'll recommend you to walk across the street and eat at the Mercado San Miguel, and have churros with chocolate at San Ginés.We're totally in love with Spain. 'Een heel mooi en luxueus appartement op een schitterende locatie in een orachtige stad. Ondanks de drukte op straat was het in de slaapkamers stil. De bedden en stoelen waren erg comfortabel. Alle actie en gezelligheid van Madrid begint voor de deur. Dit verdient allemaal 5 sterren. Het inchecken verliep helaas niet zo soepel en de communicatie was traag. De avond voor aankomst kregen we de codes om de sleutel op te halen in een centrum voor sleutelkastjes en bagageopslag. Van daar moesten we...

"Echt een heerlijk en groot appartement. Veel ruimte en midden in centrum. Toen we aankwamen kregen we een kaart zodat we ons nog even konden omkleden/opfrissen bij de sportzaal. Supermarkt Carrefour om de hoek, ook fijn om je koelkast en vriezer te vullen!"
