'Very clean and amazingly accessible to the Sagrada (2 minute walk) and downtown Barcelona near the beach (40 minute walk). Having access to a kitchen and washer/dryer was great and appealing. The apartment was very safe and secure while still feeling like we had easy access to the streets of Barcelona. '

'Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay. When you communicate with the host, they are very responsive and able to answer all questions asked. The complimentary water and juice was very much appreciated. Best to pay for the private parking because street parking is almost impossible. Would highly recommend this location if you are traveling to Barcelona. '

'Needs updates and TLC badly. Rust in tub and it doesn’t drain good at all. Couch falling apart. Broken lights. Stained chair. No coffee or extra toilet paper provided. Should have been 1/2 the price we paid. We are on 25 day vacation thru France, Greece, Spain and this was most expensive and least desirable. '
