'The apartment is very spacious, well equipped with good quality appliances, has a huge patio and separate bedroom. Two tv’s, dishwasher and nespresso coffee machine. Clean and super comfortable beds, clean towels nearly every day of our stay. It is also in a perfect location very close to the main attractions yet quiet at night. Daniella was incredibly helpful and very friendly. We loved this place and will surely book again if in Porto again. Recommended!'

'Kamer op het zonder, voelt een beetje opgesloten, wel mooie ruime nette kamer, helaas een keer de vieze lucht uit de luchtpijp kwam, gelukkig snel opgelost. 'What a terrible experience. The property requires an access code to enter the rooms and I didn't receive the access code for my first night. I spent more than 2 hours with hotels.com support while they tried to contact the property to get me into the room. I also tried contacting the property myself but they did not answer. I did get into the property the next day but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Worst of all, I contacted hotels.com for a refund and they said they cannot do it because...

'Tres agreable sejour dans un appartement tres propre, le petit dejeuner etait bon malgré quil ne varie pas. Quelques remarques a faire par rapport a la communication : L'hotel indique lors de la réservation de les prevenirs en avance en cas d'arrivée apres 18h00. Nous avions une arrivee a 23h00. Le sachant 1 mois a l'avance jai tenter a multiple reprise de les prevenirs mais sans reponses. Arriver le Jour J pas de nouvelles concernant l'enregistrement, il a fallu les harceler 4 fois par...

'This is a beautiful spacious apartment where we could have had a great stay. However, currently the place is next door to a construction site. There we loud noises (a machine digging rocks away) all day. If you are out from 8-5 I don't think this is a big problem, but we were travelling with a 2-year old and spent quite some time in the apartment. We wish the owners had let us know in advance, because in this state the apartment is not good for renting. We left after 1 night to find a more quiet...
