'Tout était parfait. L'appartement quoique petit était très confortable et propre. Des breuvages étaient laissés à notre attention. Petit bémol, il n'était pas clair que nous allions recevoir le code d'entrée à l'heure du check-in seulement. Un peu plus de clarté à ce sujet dans l'annonce de l'hébergement serait apprécié. Le personnel sur place était très courtois et efficace.'

'This is a beautiful spacious apartment where we could have had a great stay. However, currently the place is next door to a construction site. There we loud noises (a machine digging rocks away) all day. If you are out from 8-5 I don't think this is a big problem, but we were travelling with a 2-year old and spent quite some time in the apartment. We wish the owners had let us know in advance, because in this state the apartment is not good for renting. We left after 1 night to find a more quiet...

'What a terrible experience. The property requires an access code to enter the rooms and I didn't receive the access code for my first night. I spent more than 2 hours with hotels.com support while they tried to contact the property to get me into the room. I also tried contacting the property myself but they did not answer. I did get into the property the next day but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Worst of all, I contacted hotels.com for a refund and they said they cannot do it because...

'This is the Ryanair of accommodation, if you dont care for quality and you dont have problems it would do but you are stuffed otherwise. 1. Misleading locker info. Their very ample and extensive luggage locker section made it look like it was included in the booking as a service/ perk. Then it turned out they charge €2.50 per hour. They wrote to agree they had misleading info and they would update me but didnt offer to include it or to fix it for me. 2. Nasty walls with stuff stuck to them, tv...

'Communicatie liep goed en vlot. Appartement is zoals op de foto,s. Prijs kwaliteit is goed. Gebouw is niet goed geïsoleerd je hoort alles wat op straat gebeurt. Een volgende keer zou ik weer hier boeken.'

'A nicely renovated property. The only two issues were that the master ensuite door could not close as the deadbolt was extended and the key was missing, and there was no dish towel. Otherwise this was a great place for our family of four.'
