'This is located in a really good neighborhood, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Close to subway. The apartment itself was just OK. I can see what they were trying to do with the place but could have been done better. The upstairs is an attic, so be careful about hitting your head on the beams, it will happen multiple times. The stairs going up and not bolted properly. The kitchen and living room area is very large. The balcony is very large also; however, one side of the balcony has rotted...

'We loved the pool, location - we walked almost everywhere but Uber available, great restaurants and grocery shops right behind the corner. Much quieter location than close to the Rumble str. We had a great time. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. Management office was right next door so convenient. Definitely recommend this property. kat'

'Although the apartment may be situated a little bit outside of the main area of Barcelona, this apartment was incredible for our week long stay. It has everything we needed and was incredibly gorgeous. It is situated from great coffee spots, right next to a grocery store, and still offered some welcoming respite from a long day of walking. 'Do not book this property! It ruined our stay in Barcelona. If we hadn’t already paid, we would have left. Day 2 & 3, we went to the office, voiced our concerns and asked to speak with a manager. Ultimately, we were told to “send an email with issues”. We did and included pictures. 15 hours before our departure, the “fix” was to re-clean the apartment…Too little, too late. Here’s what we emailed: Never been cleaned or not cleaned in years - All light switches, Window shade remotes, Door...

'Our stay was decent. There are two bathrooms, and one of the shower heads was completely broken so we had to have all of our 9 guests mostly use one bathroom which was inconvenient, but besides that the stay was overall enjoyable and fit our whole group (with three people sleeping on the couch)'
