The room has a kitchen which makes the stay very convenient. You have to assemble the sofa bed every night. But it's ok. The owner told us he clean the blankets very often, it seems clean. 'L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 2 pas de grand vía, en revanche j'ai du mal à comprendre les précédentes notations au regard de l'état de l'appartement : le menage manque clairement de soin (sols, lits...), certains radiateurs sont inutilisables (ko ou non branché), la salle de bain est sans chauffage, avec du moisi au plafond et la peiture qui s'ecaille....'
