'Frustrating check-in process. Called from Madrid train station as instructed to confirm arrival time. Despite pre-arranged 5pm check-in, we were told they’d show up “in 30 or 40 minutes” and we had to wait outside the apartment on the street with our luggage. Bedrooms and bathrooms were much smaller than expected. Hole in the en-suite shower floor. Exposed electrical wiring near entrance. Wi-Fi did not work in the main bedroom. Kitchen lacked basic essentials such as paper towel, olive oil, salt...

'alloggio molto carino pulito con gli spazi ben organizzati.'

Staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and always available whenever we needed anything. Crib, high chair and rug were available...

'Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. El alojamiento fue excelente. ¡Gracias por su hospitalidad!'

'The location is great. However, the apartment was dirty, cold, and had several maintenance issues. For example, the doors stuck to the floor so would not shut properly. A window in the bathroom did not close. We left a day early because we were not satisfied.'

'The apartment had everything we could ask for including a washing machine. The internet connection was excellent. the apartment is located in an apartment house and is very quiet. There is shopping and lots of restaurants nearby. '

'Very good communication and great proximity to food and park'

'This unit was very clean but it needs a refreshing. The sofa has a very large stain the walls need painting and it would help to have some basic condiments in the kitchen. Salt, pepper, sugar, oil and vinegar? '
