Went the office where the manager apologized profusely and offered to give us a full refund. Loose handles and such in general that just takes 5 minutes to turn an allen set screw. Holiday Inn Express rooms are consistently in good repair. All of those things I’ve listed I’ve seen at other hotels. '

'Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly! I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order/closed, but the pool is a nice indoor heated pool and there is a fantastic outdoor grilling area overlooking the lake. Beautiful!'
