'Very clean, spacious room . Parking is mostly paid just outside the b&b - I think 3 parkings are there so no problem with finding a place.'

'Kel and Mel made us feel very welcome when we arrived. Gave us ideas about what we could do. We enjoyed a day walking along the canal and the next day to a local sites. The Breakfast was excellent.'

'The Three Cocks Hotel was an interesting facility. We arrived at about 6:50 pm, 10 minutes before end of check-in, but there was a note on the counter with the room key for self checkin. Odd process with nobody at the desk, the key to the room left out and no form of security at the front door. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet, which we appreciated. A very rustic hotel, with very uneven floors, sagged support beams, rickety wooden front door and door upstairs. Breakfast was ok, but...

'Beautiful property, room, service, and a magical view over the charming village of Lynton and the Bristol Channel. Breakfast was amazing. Park your car up at the property and don’t drive the rest of the time. Walk down to village for great restaurants and shops (and up again to return…yes it’s a steep hill, but a lovely walk). Valley of Rocks/coastal path is 15 min walk. Walk down to Lynmouth, take cliff railway back up. This was our favorite stay on our trip through Devon and Cornwall.'
