Simple things like cleaning materials, hand-wash, extra towels, throws, board games and books....... I know they sound simple things, but a lot of properties miss these things out. 'The host was very responsive and helpful and sadly that is as far as our positives go. The flat smelt of damp and stale cigarette smoke. We were unable to get any hot water in the shower. As a result of this, and many other flaws, my family and I ended up leaving a day early.'
