'Such an excellent idea to change this building for guest to use. I love the sea, so perfect spot for us. Everything was super clean, comfortable and welcoming. I personally don't mind the noise of traffic but it may bother others as the property is directly on the road. The steps to the entrance are very steep. If you have a big dog make sure he/she is under control prior to opening the door. You may get to the beach quicker than expected. Loved the area for years, would deffo stay here again.'

'Lovely, relaxing stay at The Gables. A great property, all we'd hoped for and more. Right next to the beach, fully enclosed gardens so perfect for our dog, the interior is done to a very high standard and super comfortable! Everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend. Thank you 😊 '

'We stayed here as a family of 19 for 2 nights over New Year ranging from age 5-70. It was good as we all had our own individual cottages with kitchens, living rooms and bathroom which gave us our own space but the communal area is the Hall was being enough when we wanted to be together. Only issue was the gas heaters and log burners not working properly in a couple of cottages but electric heaters were available and there is central heating in two of the cottages. 'We had a wonderful week in LLechwedd, in Llwyngwril with our two families with teenagers. The house and garden are absolutely beautiful. The house cozy and practically furnished, with lots of space for all of us (9). The views over see from almost every room. The garden with all the hidden corners, paths and passages. 'Location excellent. Grounds and gardens beautiful with plenty of wildlife. Cottage quaint but in need of modernisation. Kitchen basic but needs new drawers as couldn't open many. Not much surface space to prepare food on. No where to keep supplies purchased other than work surfaces and fridge. Shower was not great, needs to be attached to the wall. Could do with a proper electric one to be honest. Bathroom bin not emptied from previous occupier. No wifi and phone signal not great. Not always a...

'Lovely week in this house. We were 3 families. Made use of the 2 car park passes and were able to park the other car in the road alongside the car park. We spent most of our time in the kitchen/dining room which is a nice communal area. Showers were really powerful. Location is great for train station and walking down to the main area. Recommend the Indian restaurant and Dovey Inn.'

'This is a lovely place to stay, a hidden gem. My only comment would be that we did object to some banging the door and trying to get in at 8:30 this morning. Then as we wouod packing up to leave at around half 10, the same bloke was sat leaning against the front window. Told us he was waiting to clean the place! Him aside we enjoyed our stay'

'This was just what we wanted. Peaceful, warm, well equipped and a stunning view of the sea. Comfortable beds, bathroom with a rain head shower, kitchen with EVERYTHING you need, large TV and comfortable reclining leather sofas and dining table upstairs. LOVELY owners who were super welcoming! Enjoyed the horses and sheep! We'll be back!! '
