'Nice clean resort. Staff members are amazing. Entertainment staff gets everyone involved. House keeping did a great job. At one point they were cleaning the room and we had to get something out, they verified it was actually our room prior to letting us enter. Over all great small family resort.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'This hotel feels like an old mall that’s been converted into a hotel, with each shop turned into a room. The good part is that the reception staff is available 24/7. However, we had little to no hot water in the morning. Overall, it’s a “you get what you pay for” kind of place. Most people seem to stay here just for a night. either before or after checking into their resort, or while doing excursions. There are some spots for parking shared with shops at the front.'

'Very large, spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easily accessible from the airport, making it ideal for a stopover while traveling through Mexico. For longer stays, there are perhaps better options nearby with access to beach facilities.'
