'Room was dirty, no extra blanket for the sofa bed until we asked, extra amenities (toilet paper and paper towels) never got delivered, room did not look like it did as advertised, not sound proofed in the slightest despite being right off Queensboro bridge, lamp plug was banged up, pillowcase had makeup on it from a previous tenant. 'My kids LOVED the space! There were a few cosmetic things wrong like the automatic shade was broken without notice BUT I just figured it happened right before our stay. We checked in the night before Thanksgiving. It was such a convient spot to just walk 1/2 a block to 6th Ave to view the parade the next morning.
