'This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced). 'This was a peaceful place and had beautiful views of the lake. If you're trying to get away from a busy city - stay here. The decor is nice, beds were comfy and the host was attentive. She thought of everything!'

'Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. Upon entry, there was a strong, unpleasant odor that got worse in the bathroom. The condition of the sheets was questionable, and the coffee pot had visible mold. While bath towels were provided, there were no washcloths. The hand body soaps were extremely watered down, and there were leftover food items in the freezer. I had to spend 15 of my own money on cleaning supplies just to make the space bearable. The shower drain ended up needing to be flushed...

'The property was easy to access, set back from the road, quiet/peaceful neighborhood, and secure. Crystal was a wonderful host, every amenity was considered/anticipated. The house was clean and conveniently located. We picked this property as it was close to a family get together, but I would certainly make a point to return and rent if available when we come back to town to visit. '

'We had a wonderful time with our grandkids and they loved kayaking and swimming in the lake. Bruce and Joli are great hosts! This was our second time staying there, and we will definitely stay there again.'

'House had plenty of seating! The host left us body wash, shampoo, conditioner and sunscreen! Also, had coffee and sugar along with plenty of of other basics to help us enjoy our stay. The neighbors are all friendly. We enjoyed walking around. The dock was perfect to secure the jet ski. Boat ramp was easy to find and use!'
