'This is a lovely cottage with an impressive roomy bathroom and clean kitchen with new appliances. The private back patio is a great spot to relax and the parking spot has direct access to the street. Overall I enjoyed our stay here particularly how quiet it was. The host replies quickly and is very friendly and helpful. '

'This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced). Due to some unforeseen circumstances with our loved one at the hospital the host was very accommodating. I would stay here again if I needed to access the...

'- The screens of the entrance door were torn. - Some blades of the blind in the master bedroom on the ground floor were torn. - There were some cooked sausage pieces on a plate in the oven. - There was a piece of cloth in the washer. - There were no spoons. - There was only a small pot with a lid, which is not enough for multiple people. - The keurig pot was not working. Maybe we couldn't find out how to turn it on. - The lower bunk bed blanket was giving off a weird smell. - The garbage cans...

'This was a peaceful place and had beautiful views of the lake. If you're trying to get away from a busy city - stay here. The decor is nice, beds were comfy and the host was attentive. She thought of everything!'

'House had plenty of seating! The host left us body wash, shampoo, conditioner and sunscreen! Also, had coffee and sugar along with plenty of of other basics to help us enjoy our stay. The neighbors are all friendly. We enjoyed walking around. The dock was perfect to secure the jet ski. Boat ramp was easy to find and use!'

"No service offered at all. People are not friendly, pool is ugly. Had to debate at hotel lobby to get our room cleaned. In standard they only do it after your trip. Disappointed experience "
