'This cute cottage was as advertised. The a/c unit was quiet, which I was grateful for. The dishes and cold water were welcome touches and we enjoyed a nice picnic at the available picnic table. The listing is accurate in terms of traffic noise. It was louder than I had hoped, but I was fairly warned. The big shade trees added some charm, and I could tell the owners care about the place and providing a nice stay. '
