Fijn hotel dicht bij een Metro station
Fijn hotel, enkele tientalle meters van een Metro station zodat je binnen 10 minuten in het centrum van Milaan bent. Prima ontbijtbuffet met aardig personeel die er voor zorgt dat je kopje koffie of thee al klaar staat voordat je je bordje hebt volgeladen. Veel keus. Prima kofferservice als je in de ochtend bent uitgecheckt. Ze bewaren keurig je koffer tot het eind van de middag. Een aanrader dus!

Wel goed hotel buiten het centrum.
Op zichzelf wel een goed hotel, maar het is vrij gehorig. De kamers zijn wel goed geisoleerd voor wat betreft het lawaai van buiten, maar binnen het hotel is het vrij gehorig. De staf is uitstekend. Ze helpen je met alles. Het ontbijt is erg basic. De koffie matig. Wel kun je vers gemaakte capuchino vragen bij het ontbijt. Ook staat in de lobby een Nespresso apparaat met cupjes. Het grote voordeel is de directe ligging bij de metro. Je stapt direct vanuit het hotel de metro binnen. Die brengt je binnen 20 minuten middenin het centrum.

Prima hotel aan de overkant van het plein waar ook Uni Milaan aan gelegen is. De metro M3 stopt vlak voor de deur.

Hotel collocato in zona B con limitazioni di accesso. Struttura discreta, camera piccola, pulita ma con climatizzatore non funzionante, materasso e cuscini molto duri. Buona colazione. Apprezzabile il fatto che le bevande fossero preparate da loro e non attraverso macchinette automatiche.

Perfect location for our brief stay. Easy access to subway making transport around Milan simple. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The beds were a little hard for my liking, otherwise good choice.

poor wifi
Everything was good except for the wifi. There was no wifi in the room, although they claim otherwise. The only place I could get wifi was at the lobby and sometimes at the end of the corridor where the stair cases were. The staff didn't do anything to fix the situation. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel. I could also hear too much sound from the rooms next door.

Kan rekommenderas. Ren och bekväm, ligger precis vid metrostationen och 1 minut från LIDL. Nära centrala milan. Frukost är ok men definitivt inte 4-stärnig.

Very clean and comfy, poor breakfast
The room was extremely comfortable and clean. We were very impressed by the water pressure in the shower, and the fact we were able to check in an hour early for free. The breakfast was disappointing. We don’t think it was worth paying extra for. Despite there being a lot of choice, the hotel seemed to be understaffed and so the food was not replenished frequently enough, so no matter what time you went for breakfast, there were only small amounts of food to be had. Every type of coffee was served lukewarm. The restaurant is in dire need of more staff - the poor man who was working down there was rushed off his feet trying to help everyone.

I was travelling with my son Italy. The hotel was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. The problem was the parking. I had to walk 500 m .

We booked a superior room, only to find that the lift did not go to that floor. There was no mention of this when we booked. As I have mobiltiy isssues, this was unacceptable, so we had to have a standard room. We didn't get a refund, but we offered daily breakfast (which was supposed to be included anyway). The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom tiny and difficult to enter and exit and there was construction work going on, around the entrance to the hotel and outside our room from 7:00am each morning. There were no dining facilities apart from breakfast. The staff were very friendly and hard-working. This was not the standard we expected from a 4 star hotel that cost nearly $300/night!

Well located
Strategic position, right at the Metro exit, making it easy to move around Milano. Good hotel, but in July 2023 it had some construction work, so the window was blocked and also the hotel entrance, but no major disturbance to our stay.

There were a bunch of homeless all around the property, which made me feel unsafe when I arrived in the midnight of the check-in date. The parking is very inconvenient, since it is not located onsite, it is a tiny closed spot shared with an apartment building located one block away, and this particular situation was not specified when I booked it. The advertisement on Expedia says the hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the Duomo of Milan, when it is actually located 39 minutes walking from there.

Disappointing 4* hotel
Hotel is being renovated and work was going on in the morning when I tried to work in my room. TV power socket was not connected to the wall and I needed to ask for an adapter since the wall plug didn't fit. Shower cabin didn't close as it should. Staff was nice and efficient though.

Well located for metro and bus access. Friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms are not very sound proof, doors slam shut and can hear neighbouring rooms talking. Limited vegan breakfast options. Though they have soy milk but you have to ask, there is nothing that tells you that.

Hotel location outside of centre but Metro access at the front door meant a 2 euro, four station trip and your'e there. Go a bit further and you're at the main train station for the same price. Nice hotel appealing to the business traveller it would seem but fine for us as tourists. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Plenty of bars/restaurants within easy walk.
