Goed appartement, goede ligging tov centrum, de wijk Navigli en metrostation S. Agostino. Voor 2 volwassenen een ideale plek. In de buurt veel fijne eetgelegenheden. Kleine maar goed verzorgde badkamer/toilet. 1 nacht overlast ervaren van de bovenburen. Toeristenbelasting op vraag van de verhuurder cash achtergelaten op tafel, bleek te zijn verdwenen, schoonmaakster gaf aan dat ze geen geld heeft aangetroffen op tafel. Dat is natuurlijk niet goed en schaad het vertrouwen over en weer.

Location location!
Firstly, this location is perfect for seeing Milan on foot. (Tip: don’t be like me, wear COMFY shoes!) Unit is clean as a whistle! I felt it was missing a few items that have been common during our stays in Italy, salt/pepper/olive oil & balsamic would have been great. One other note: while this apartment does technically sleep 4, it is extremely cramped. Once the sofa is pulled out, there is very little room to move around and not much space if you have more than one suitcase. I highly recommend for a couple! Overall, if I came to Milan without my kiddos, I would definitely stay here again! P.S. The little market right outside the door sells the most delicious tomatoes I have ever eaten!

Well appointed apartment in good location
The property is well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host left a few snacks as well as tea and coffee, which was very thoughtful. The location is great - it is an easy walk or tram ride into the centre of town. The check-in process was easy, with everything ready as promised.

Location, location, location
The property was in a great location. It is in the city and an apartment so there is noise. Wasn't enough to bother us though. Lots of places to eat, shop, gelato and pharmacies within a short distance. The air conditioning was wonderful as well. It was a lot hotter than we were expecting. My comment for an improvement would be to cover the window above the door. You need to go through the living room to the bathroom and (for me) it would have provided some more privacy.

A Disappointment
The booking process was fine. Communication with the host was ample up until the time we had an issue with the AC not working. It was July and Milan was experiencing a significant heatwave. On the first night of our 3-night stay, it was clear the AC was not working fully. We contacted the host right away. She messaged that she would have someone out the following day to look at it. The following morning, she updated us that no one could look at it until the next day, which meant we would be without any AC for at least two of our three nights, assuming whomever was coming to fix it actually could successfully on that visit. This was not to our satisfaction whatsoever. We let our host know we would be leaving and finding alternative accommodations. We also let her know we would be requesting a refund for all three nights, but would pay the cleaning fee. She argued with us and suggested we contact VRBO. We currently have a case established and are awaiting refund. The host, under the circumstances, should have been more understanding. If the apartment states it has working AC, then we should receive what we've been promised or receive a refund. I would not book this rental again, nor would I recommend it to others. The 24 hours we spent at this apartment were unfortunately the worst of our nearly month-long European vacation. Had the host been more understanding, it would have made a world of difference.

Small but ver nice one bedroom apartment
We enjoyed the two night stay here for Milan. Small but clean and has everything, kitchen, dinning area... It is in walking distance to the duomo, Santa Maria delle Grazie, Costello Sforzesco... You do not have to use public transportation for major attractions. It is a very good space for one or two people.

We had an excellent 2 night stay at this apartment. We walked almost everywhere and where we didn’t walk we took the metro- a short walk away. We purchased ‘skip the line’ tickets for the main attractions and we had a wonderful time in Milan. There is a great pastry shop down the street and we really enjoyed a pastry and coffee in the apartment before we set out for the day. Thanks for your help when checking in!

Wonderful!
My husband and I stayed here for our very first visit to Milan. We just loved the location- a lovely non-touristy neighborhood with shops, cafes and restaurants all close. Plus walkable to the “sights”. Yet our flat was quiet as could be. And comfortable and clean. Enrica was very responsive to questions we messaged. The apartment was spotless and just like the pictures. Right outside the entrance is a fresh fruit market and a supermarket two doors down. All the shopping and restaurants and bars are within blocks. Beautiful city to walk. We had compassion for the owner because there was construction going on next door but she asked them to stop at our request. She is very responsive. One thing we noticed is that in Italy they don't put a high value on air conditioning. Evidentially its a cultural thing. There was an a/c unit in our apartment and it got very cool, although a fan may have been helpful to circulate it into the bedroom. But I must say, the apartment was the coolest building we went in during our trip. So we were very grateful for that! All in all 5 stars. Wonderful experience.

Quick Trip to Milan
This was my last stop on my 6 week trip to Italy. I was flying out of Milan, so decided to enjoy a few days in that glorious city. The apartment was perfect. There was two of us, and we had plenty of space to sleep and get ready. We spent most of our time out of the apartment exploring. It was a great location. This small apartment has everything you need for 2 people - it is a small place so 2 is the max. Functional and has what you need with a comfortable bed. Easy communication with the owners/renters although some more instructions in English would have been helpful in the apartment i.e. how to operate air conditioning. BTW it gets warm if you go in the summer time. We enjoyed our stay.

Das Appartement ist genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, es ist sehr sauber, ruhig, gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und ein Teenie, für uns war der Platz ausreichend, die Lage ist perfekt, der Dom ist zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten erreichbar, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist unweit der Wohnung. Im Appartement gab es zusätzlich Spülutensilien, Küchenrolle, Kaffeekapseln, Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und ÖL. Der Self-check in wurde uns super beschrieben, man kann nichts falsch machen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hat super funktioniert,sie war per WhatsApp und telefonisch jederzeit erreichbar. Obst- und Gemüsegeschäft, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Pasticceria sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, das Parkhaus direkt um die Ecke. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Mailand!

Super Basis für einen Mailand Urlaub
Dieses kleine und saubere Appartement war für meine Frau und mich eine hervorragende Ausgangsbasis für unseren Mailand Urlaub. Das Appartement verfügt über alles was wir benötigt haben. Bett und Matratze waren super. Zwei Personen können dort gut zurechtkommen. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wer mit dem Auto anreist sollte allerdings bedenken, dass das Parken schon teuer sein kann. Wir haben in einem Parkhaus um die Ecke geparkt. Regulärer Tagespreis für einen Kombi sind 30 Euro, für die zehn Tage wäre der Besitzer auf 25 Euro runter gegangen. Mit der Parclick App oder Webseite (empfohlen vom Besitzer der Garage) waren es dann noch 12 Euro. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind etwa 500m entfernt, aber dort finden am Samstag und Dienstag ein Markt statt, sodass man dort dann nicht parken kann. Von der Wohnung konnte man sehr gut alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen, dabei ist man an vielen Geschäften vorbeigekommen. Direkt nebenan befindet sich eine kleine Wein Bodega und ein Supermarkt. Die Kanäle von Navigli sind auch gut zu fuß erreichbar und lohnen sich des Abends schon. Einzig die Mücken sind eine Plage, Autan oder etwas ähnliches sollte man schon benutzen, auf die Stiche habe sogar ich allergisch reagiert, sonst stechen mich die Biester nicht mal wenn meine Frau in der Nähe ist.

PROBLEMS WITH THE ARRIVAL AND WITH WORKS IN ANOTHER HOUSING
There were several problems with the house: First, the security number was not provided nor was it explained that the apartment was accessed in this way. The instructions were different and they said that either she would be there or the doorman would be, but neither of the two things happened Second, floor was under construction so that at 7:30 in the morning began the blows in addition to being the entire roof of the apartment covered by plastic to protect the falling dust. We believe that this situation should be communicated before renting to take it into account Otherwise the person who came to give us the keys was very kind, and the apartment complies with the advertised characteristics. It is an apartment for a couple and to spend one or two days as it is very small and hasn’t natural light

There was a misunderstading with this guests, we have just introduce the self check in procedure in order to give possibility to arrive to anytime, otherwise we are not an hotel and we don't have reception 24/7. About works I'm sorry about that but in the city could happen there are works and there isn't nothing I can do to ask to reduce the noise unfortunately.

Dies ist ein tolles, kleines aber supergepflegtes Appartement, mit allem Drum und Dran! Der Kontakt zu Enrica war herrlich und herzlich unkompliziert, sie war dauernd für uns erreichbar. Die Lage ist genial: zu Fuß 10 Minuten nach links zu den Navigli und 10 Minuten nach rechts in die Innenstad und zum Domplatz. Wir haben die 4 Tage sehr genossen, danke Enrica!

Very cute and great location with trolley right outside door and metro only 7 minutes walk. Canal area very close and a must see.....lovely area, great restaurants and fun shops. Lots of activity in evening. Patrizia and Enrica responded quickly for every question we had. Although we didn't meet them, we felt very connected for whatever needed.

Welcome to Milan!
This was the perfect place for our first visit to Milan and Italy! This quaint apartment had everything we needed and more.
