Ok per una notte di lavoro fuori
Esperienza nella media, receptionist gentili e disponibili. Albergo vecchio stile che conserva il suo fascino, purtroppo con il bagno qualche problema (acqua calda bollente che non si riusciva a raffreddare e scarico che continuava a perdere per tutta la notte). Nel complesso ok con poche pretese. Colazione simpatica e anche discretamente fornita, servizio bar buono.

Hotel was nice and reception staff especially nice and helpful. The only negative / letdown was the uninspiring and basic breakfast provided

Although the room was clean, the toilet seat was wooden and broken inside... ghhhh! And then there is no elevator!!!???!!! In this age? and *** Hotel? Going to 2nd floor was a pain with all our luggage. Towels were very thin and the bath was very tiny and no room to hang any clothes

Accessible, 1 tram ride (#14) to central/Duomo. Tram stop is only a short walk from hotel. Breakfast available, basic but acceptable for the price paid. Bed comfortable, stayed 2 nights, bed made daily. Toilet seat old/cracked, need replacing. Shower is a bit tight. Need to leave room keys when going out. Reception available 24/7.

Good proximity to the train to get to downtown areas. Air conditioning either wasn’t working or did not make the room cold. Bed was not comfortable and made it difficult to sleep.

Great stay
Great for the price. The beds are very comfy, Wi-Fi is great and it’s directly opposite a tram station (20 mins into centre). The only negative is the air con which takes a long time to do anything and is quite noisy BUT it does get cold *eventually*

It’s a good hotel to stay in for max3 days . Trams and buses are 1 min from hotel. Very easy to get taxi. Cleaning daily and was extremely clean. Shower very small and tight. Breakfast was very basic but the lady who served breakfast was extremely nice. Staff in general were very good but they were very resistant to give any informations about the public transport (which I didn’t understand why and I was getting disappointed few times) and therefore I have to struggle outside hotel and ask people on street whom speed very limited English to advise about public transportation. I had to pay taxes which I thought it’s included when I booked through Expedia.

For the price one cannot complain about this hotel. It is convenient for the tram service to see the city. The staff was incredibly helpful. You have access to restaurants, laundry mat and convenient store. There is a large shopping center not too far for eating and shopping. I would gladly stay again because of the convenience and the staff. You cannot beat the price.

Can’t fault it. Old fashioned but clean. Helpful staff. Very friendly. Only 1 tram to the centre city - so easy- in straight like- 20 min and you are in centre Milan. Also had shopping centre & big grocery shop walking distance!

We have contacted you many times after you afreedto refund our money as sokn as we booked this as I entered 8 instead of 7 for the month on tge bookjng, your expedia lady said she had cancelled our booking and we would be refunded AND WE ARE STILL WAITING, PLEASE OLEASE PLEASE could you send us our refund. Sporvogn og bus lige foran døren. Dejligt når det er for langt fra centrum til at gå. Et døgns billet (7euro) købes i supermarkedet i det nærliggende butikscenter med gode forretninger Cafe restaurant mm.

Jól gondold meg
A szoba nagyon gáz..... Régi, kicsi, elavult, elhasználódott, a falak koszosak, minden ezer éves, a hűtőben vastagon a jég. Az ágy kényelmetlen, viszont az ágynemű tiszta volt. A fürdőszobán látszott némi felújítás, de nem tartják karban. A tisztasága kicsit jobb, mint a kinézete, de az is hagy kívánni valót maga után. A törölközők tiszták voltak. Egyetlen pozitívumot tudok mondani, a személyzetet. Ők nagyon kedvesek voltak.

Ci dispiace che non abbia notato che ci siano le informazioni e le raccomandazioni a tutti gli ospiti di mettere sempre le mascherine nelle aree condivise. Probabilmente fa riferimento alla sala colazione dove tutti possono togliere le mascherine per poter fare la colazione. La ringraziamo nuovamente e La aspettiamo in occasioni migliori.

Aceptable
El hotel es antiguo, no califica para un 3 estrellas, pero cumple su función. El desayuno super sencillo y siempre lo mismo. Debería costar 20 euros menos por noche para equilibrar la relación calidad/precio

It was old and the room was small. Like only the size of the bed. Bathroom was really nice and so was the service. They gave you an actual key on a big key ring and if you wanted to leave the hotel you had to turn the key from your room in to the front desk.
