Dear Guest, as we informed, it was just enough let the water open 3-5 minutes and runs well and hot. We're a little hotel, with a few people working staff. If you come down and you have a queue in front of you... Sorry, but we have to respect the queue and listen people before you first. And you misunderstood one people working and very, very busy (alone) tone of voice with arrogance: just he asked : "please, wait". He came up to your room as soon as possible and solve your little problem. Best regards

1) Shuttle service 24h is available at 5 stars hotels neither. A free airport bus stop is located just 5 minutes by walking far! 2) We call and reserve taxi for the guests that ask for, then the Taxi company managed their works. We have hotel and restaurant, not taxi. For sure it's not our fault if they send luxury cars instead of a normal white taxi. But be quite: they upgrade your service without any extra cost, it happens frequently. You was lucky. The taxi fares are expensive, as usual here in Italy, but you pay the airport area fee and the night surcharge too (included in your 20,00 euros). You was informed by us in the evening. 3) The door damaged was NOT a problem for all the passengers safety, security and comfort: oposite, the Authorithies should lock its use, don't you think? 4) Breakfast at 4:00 am? Once again: it isn't available at 5 stars hotels neither. 5) And many mores, best regards

How can you say that about the shuttle service? 3,00 euros fare is a minimum, neither to cover the gasoline costs (very expensive in Italy). You was free to use a taxi (fares start from 20,00 euros, same distance) or the free bus located 5 minutes by walking far. And last but not least, shuttle service has a scheduled timetable because of the need of all the guests, not for one person only comfort. The halls and corridors have lights actived by a photocell in the night: it's enough move a little bit and the lights turn on automatically. If you experienced some problems in the toilet inside your room, it was enough inform the reception staff and you can have another room. Best regards
