Ok but not great.
It is a pleasant enough hotel, though not central. You need to take the Metro. I had a lot of trouble checking in as we arrived late and my phone was not enabled. There is no reception.

We stayed 4 nights at the Residenza Isabella. Enzo and Isabella made us feel like we were staying with friends from the moment we arrived. The apartment was comfortable and roomy, and walking distance to the Duomo and Sforza castle. Lots of places to eat and have fun! If you prefer to take the the metro there is a station 5 minutes from the Residenza. The daily breakfast was excellent and Sonia took great care of us every morning. Unlike other corporate hotels the room was cleaned daily and the coffee and other amenities replaced. We highly recommend staying at this place!

The family running the stay couldn’t be any nicer or more accommodating. Easy check in and we were spoiled with an excellent Sunday breakfast the next day at their restaurant next door.

What a wonderful experience! The b&b is located about a ~17 min walk to the Duomo di Milan and the area around it felt very safe and exciting! We had a problem with connecting to the WiFi and Ruan very quickly came to our room to solve the problem. He was very attentive and caring, so great! Room had a cute view of a casual Italian street, giving a very authentic vibe. The breakfast was pleasantly surprising, so much food and all so yummy; it felt never-ending! Overall, I would recommend this stay!

I enjoyed my stay at La Residenza Isabella. It's a family run bed and breakfast located in a very central area of Milano. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and there's even a fruit stand / grocery downstairs. It's very walkable to most major sites and there are delicious restaurants and cafes on the same block. It was lovely meeting Isabella and her family, they offered very helpful and friendly service. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

No sleep
The location is indeed central. The family who runs the business are v friendly and helpful. The double rooms are small with nice interior. What you need to know is that it's almost impossible to sleep due to extreme noise nonstop from main street (tram, university, hospital, school, syrens...). No soundproof windows. We couldn't sleep the 3 nights even with professional earplugs. Double beds are small of 160cm with trampoline like mattresses so you wake up the moment the other person moves. Check in after 20 costs 30€. Overall price of 130€ per night is much too high compared to good hotels in the neighbourhood.

Résidence bien placée mais attention au petit dej
Logement propre avec salle de bain moderne et literie confortable Bon emplacement proche du métro M3. Acceuil et petit déjeuner les jours ouvrés très bien au restaurant des propriétaires mais seul 1 plateau avec qques biscottes, 2 pain au lait industriel et 3 yaourts pour 2 personnes et 2 matins les jours de fermeture du restaurant (dimanche + jour ferié). Pas de capsules de café alors qu'une machine est dans la chambre. C'est vraiment dommage car le petit déjeuner au restaurant le 1er jour était top et que nous avons été facturés pour ces petits-déjeuners au rabais!

Vorrei solo rispondere alla questione relativa alla colazione in quanto temo ci sia stato un fraintendimento: come vi era stato detto al vostro arrivo, durante i vostri giorni di permanenza in Italia si festeggiava la "Pasqua" (21-22 aprile) e per questa ragione il locale in cui si serve solitamente la colazione è rimasto chiuso per festività (come quasi la totalità dei locali a Milano). Per questa ragione abbiamo organizzato una colazione in camera per voi, ovviamente senza poter preparare nulla di fresco e fatto al momento ma, comunque, qualcosa da mangiare per la colazione. La colazione viene servita TUTTI i giorni presso il Bar Ristorante Commenda 33, dando ai clienti croissant freschi di pasticceria, cappuccini, spremute e molto altro.. purtroppo quando il locale è chiuso per feste e nessun altro locale in zona è aperto, ci organizziamo per offrirvi comunque qualcosa da mangiare ma, come già detto, non può essere ovviamente lo stesso. Mi dispiace anche per la questione relativa al caffè in quanto ricordo di avervi portato io stessa due cialde di caffè per la prima colazione in camera e ho tolto io stessa le tazze usate. Speriamo di rivedervi presto, magari non in giorni festivi, per potervi offrire la nostra ottima colazione. Cordiali saluti, la residenza Isabella.

Siamo andati in famiglia in 3 per una notte e ci hanno assegnato la suite, bellissima e molto grande. La residenza è a 10 min a piedi dal duomo e il personale gentilissimo. La colazione buona è servita al bar nelle immediate vicinanze. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo considerando la zona.

Das erste mal in Mailand. Empfang im Hotel sehr persönlich. Selbst unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Unsere Fragen wurden gerne beantwortet. Wir reden auf jeden Fall wieder nach Mailand zurückkehren und dann sicher wieder in dieses Hotel.

La posizione della residenza è ottima. A piedi ci si impiega circa 10 minuti per raggiungere Piazza del Duomo. Nonostante sia molto centrale è anche molto tranquilla. Prima colazione eccellente. Personale molto cordiale. La prossima volta che io e la mia famiglia andremo a Milano sappiamo dove soggiornare. Consigliato.

Familystyle owned hotel.
Cute and simple style for room with own good standard bathroom. Not a regular hotel but a genuine feel. Breakfast was served in a café in the block by same guy that welcomed us. I would rather stay here once more than in a regular 3 star hotel.

Def worth it .Lovely staff
It was really nice . We were all happy with our stay, the apartament was beautiful,10 min from centre. Def worth it. Breakfast was lovely,full of choices. Our apartment had balcony which was so good for a morning coffee. We def going to come back to Milan one day and stay at La rezidenza Isabella again.

We waited a very long time to check in. After being checked in, the stay was very good. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff at the restaurant was fantastic!!

Apartamento com cozinha bem localizado.
Apartamento fica a 10min de caminhada do centro. 1 cama de casal e 1 sofá cama bom. Bom WiFi. Bom café da manhã. Serviço de quarto é cobrado extra. Localizado em zona de restrição de veículos.

Wonderful little studio in Milan.
Loved the little apartment, felt like my own little studio in Milan! The owner was so accommodating and welcoming, and extremely helpful for restaurant recommendations and scheduling us a taxi at 5am. One note: check in is before 8pm, so if you're running late you'll need to be sure to let him know.

Unusual setup with breakfast served in a cafe around the corner , but the staff were all great and friendly with a family atmosphere - Enzo ,Eddie etc all being warm and welcoming Stefano was great with assisting enquiries re transport etc and had good English Lots of restaurants close by Tram outside the front door and Metro 5 minute walk away

Basic apartment conveniently located near tram #16
This apartment is located within a building complex so don't expect an apartment on its own. This is on 1st floor and the board for apartment is very small. Breakfast: amazing though choices are limited. Do not miss the omelette, fresh juice, yoghurt and chocolate croissant Host: Stefano was great and always available. I remember the power tripped on last day and we called and he arrived AM within 30 mins at 7am Security: felt safe Location: very near to #16 tram takes you to hear of Milan or 100m from crocetta station which takes you direct to overground train network We arrived late as missed our flights and had to take an alternative flight but the shop opposite called stefano who arrive quick to check us in
