ruime, propere kamer, maar zeer veel lawaai van de straat (niet goed geïsoleerd) badkamer niet geïsoleerd ( zeer veel lawaai, en vensters sluiten niet volledig) wel groot maar slecht met handdoekdroger verwarmt ( echt te koud). Wel UITERST VRIENDELIJK PERSONEEL, hartelijke ontvangst met koffie, thee, en continue stand by om te helpen

Una is right next to Duomo square and the staff is always helpful and super friendly. Rooms are very clean and breakfast is good. Definitely a place to come back to with great pleassure

Además de ser un hotel que por su estado debe de cobrar 150 Euros las noche o menos , en la época de la Feria del Mueble en Milán por su ubicación , cobran más1,000 Euros la noche y ni reponen el papel en el baño , de 6 días que estuvimos 3 con problemas de que el agua no salía caliente !!! , no tiene desayuno y de los 2 tipos de bizcochos que es lo único que ofrecen con una maquina de café , al segundo día de nuestra estancia bajamos y ya no tenían a las 9:30 am , que iban apenas a ir a conseguir mas , el colmo del mal servicio.

Worst hotel ive stayed at in years, the hotel is located next to a hotel or night club and will play loud music all night long. You can even hear the people yelling and talking to each other. I told the manager and he seemed aware od the situation and called the club to tell them to lower music, music did not stop. No sleep and when i asked about refunsing and going to another hotel they said no refunds. TERRIBLE HOTEL AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE GUESTS

Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. They also upgraded our room for free. Unfortunately the room was dirty. There were breadcrumbs on the floor and the carpet had various dirty dark spots all over. The shower tub didn’t drain even after the housekeeper cleaned the drainage. The information packet on the desk had lotion smeared over the top and the chairs also looked dirty.

Nice place to stay, great service!
Francesco at the front desk was amazing! Very helpful and very friendly. We would stay at this hotel again just based on the service and location. the room was very nice, just not top of the line. But it was very clean and comfortable so no real complaints.

Highly recommend
The hotel was so conveniently located near the Duomo and other places of interest. The staff was incredibly helpful with everything. They helped with train tickets, dining reservations, and even opera tickets. They were always available and willing to help with both large and small inquiries. The room was wonderful, but the staff is what really made the difference. Highly recommend.
