Leuk hotel in stijl.
Hotel ligt op loopafstand van het oude centrum. Heeft helaas allen last van met sirenes langsscheurende politieautos. Verder top!

Charmant hotel, vriendelijk personee
We boekten een kamer in Petit Palais voor een stadsbezoek aan Milaan, en waren zeer tevreden over de kwaliteit en de service. Het hotel is goed gesitueerd ten opzichte van het centrum en het openbaar vervoer (bus) komt tot op 50 m. Enig minpuntje is de verkeersdrukte en het bijhorende lawaai, maar de goed geïsoleerde ramen met dubbele beglazing, in combinatie met airco, compenseren dit. De kamers zijn klassiek en toch luxueus gedecoreerd, en bevatten alle moderne comfort, inclusief een zeer performante Wifi toegang!

Prima hotel
Prima hotel met een goede service: vriendelijk, beleefd en behulpzaam personeel. Centrum en bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Ondanks de ligging op een druk kruispunt was er geen geluidsoverlast.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The property has charm but is old and more like a 3 star hotel. We had bugs in the closets, and barely any water pressure in the shower, AC was non existent. The biggest challenge is the noise. Ambulances go by all day and night to a nearby hospital and the streetcar creates a small earthquake every time it rumbles by, it feels like there is a train running through the lobby. I appreciate the staff however this would not be a return destination for us

Excellent concierge services from staff assisting with last minute reservations on Thursday and Friday nights. We were very happy with the restaurant recommendations. Very friendly. Small, charming and intimate NOT big, corporate and impersonal. Great if you like to explore by walking. We only used taxis from/to the train station. Many thanks to G for all her help.

charming little hotel in an old private house in the middle of Milan next to Lascala. you can walk any where and you can take the tramway also. a lot of restaurant around. and the service was exceptional and ready to help.

We loved the old world charm of this hotel. The breakfast, delivered to your room, was a delight each morning. The jacuzzi tub was a lovely surprise. We enjoyed the large balcony and views of the city.

The folks running the property are very kind and accommodating. However, the hotel is on a busy street that gets quite loud. The wifi here is essentially non-functioning at 1Mbps. Do not expect to stream or make calls - even simple websites take a long time to load. There are also no window screens in a mosquito town.

Unplanned stay for 3 nights
This was last minute emergency accommodation chosen due to its location to Australian consulate. Bed was very comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Didn't expect breakfast delivery which was a substantial meal - just small Continental. Would prefer to dine in a breakfast area to meet fellow hotel guests. Although hotel was apparently quite full, I saw no one other than staff. Guest have separate spaces to go to. Great location for Duomo, cafes and restaurants 15 - 20 mins walk.

Weirdly located on a noisy junction. The decoration is romantic yet antiquated. The rooms are very clean and comfortable yet nothing special. The staff are ignorant, incompetent and of no use. Special mention about the room delivery of breakfast every morning. It is done very swiftly and is ok.

My favorite hotel in Milan. It is absolutely adorable . The staff is incredibly friendly and warm and every single room is splendid. The breakfast they serve in your room is also truly a special experience!

L'endroit ne paie pas de mine de l'extérieur mais c'est un charmant hôtel avec une décoration rétro fin XIX, la chambre était très confortable et agréable. Situé proche du centre ville, tram à deux pas. Seul petit bémol : le bruit du trafic des véhicules qui parfois peut se faire entendre.

Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! They’ve done an excellent job of updating a spectacular old mansion into a modern hotel, without eliminating all the charm and history. I can’t imaging a better way to stay in Milan. I’d highly recommend!!!!
