Het hotel was groot mooi schoon. Personeel was vriendelijk behulpzaam. De afstand na het centrum was te doen neem geen taxi wij hebben €25 ervoor betaald eerste dag volgende dag hebben we het nagevraagd en met de tram ben je er met 15 minuten was 8 haltes met tram 15 loopafstand van hotel na tram is 7 minuten. Ticket kost €2.20

Het hotel was mooi, schoon, nette grote kamers, vriendelijk personeel. Restaurant was ook goed. Enige wat nog verbeterd kan worden is de parkeergarage. Maar verder was alles super!

Wij kregen onverwachts een upgrade. Wij zaten nu in een suite. Het hotel zag er bij aankomst al veelbelovend uit. Lobby is heel netjes. Kamer was heel goed. Geen last van geluid gehad. Bedden slapen goed. Nette douche. Je kan voor 2 euro p.p. met een shuttle van het hotel naar het metrostations gebracht worden. Kortom wij hebben het er heel goed gehad.

A great hotel but not fully finished. The staff are amazing, rooms are spacious and clean. Great bed and great bathroom. The breakfast room is beautiful. A bit outside Milaan in an area they are redeveloping so for restaurants you need a taxi or drive. Definitely recommend and we will definitely come again. Thanks again for making our stay unforgettable.

It's really hard to go there without a car and the area around the hotel is crazy. A lot of old houses and then you see that hotel. It is really good from the inside but we couldn't sleep with the window open because there was a lack in the water pipe outside and the ventilation was so loud. All in all a 5 out of 10.

The property is at the end of a commercial site which most are closed down. Walking back after sun set is daunting as dark and quite scary. Takes a good 15 to walk to tube station although described at 7 mins. Lots of graffiti and rubbish lying around

Excellent hôtel! Chambres spacieuses et petit-déjeuner exceptionnel ! Il manque juste un ou deux crochets dans la SDB (par exemple derrière la porte). L' hôtel est aussi un peu excentré (2mn de taxi pour aller au Duomo).

The hotel is in the middle of abandoned buildings and a construction zone. It is an 18 minute walk to the nearest station with no lights on the streets. There is trash and graffiti everywhere. It’s unsafe and there is no shuttle anywhere. The staff seemed bothered when asked for directions. The tv is not a smart tv and only local channels can be viewed. It’s hard to even find the hotel thru the construction zone. I will never stay here again.

Wir mussten zum Check-in erstmal 30 Minuten warten. Als wir an der Reihe waren war ein Mann an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich. Er hatte vermutlich ein schlechten Tag gehabt weshalb ich mir keine grossen Gedanken gemacht habe. Das Zimmer hatte ein undichtes Fenster. Die Kissen sind unbequem und die Decke sehr dünn. Wir mussten noch eine ins Zimmer bestellen weil es so kalt war. Klima Anlage hat nicht geheizt. Es war wirklich schrecklich. Check-out hat wieder mal 10 min. Gedauert statt das man die schlüsselkarte direkt in ein Kästchen schmeissen kann mussten wir es persönlich nochmals abgeben und warten. Der Mann von dem Check-in war wieder da und er hatte uns wieder sehr sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Ich finde es sehr schade aber ein Lächeln und eine Motivation hätte mir meine Meinung vielleicht geändert. Ich empfehle das Hotel nicht für Familien oder Paare. Absolutes no go. We had to wait 30 minutes to check in. When it was our turn, a man at reception was very unfriendly. He had probably had a bad day, which is why I didn't give it much thought. The room had a leaky window. The pillows are uncomfortable and the blanket very thin. We had to order another one into the room because it was so cold. The air conditioning didn't work. It was really terrible. Check-out took another 10 minutes instead of being able to throw the key card directly into a box, we had to hand it in again in person and wait. The man from the check-in was there again and he treated us very unfriendly.

Great price-value and awesome food!
This hotel has great price-value, but that is not all! The hotel was very clean, looked newly renovated and the room we had was huge! There was a restaurant in the hotel itself and the food there was fantastic and the service even more so! Breakfast was also great with lots of different choices and a barista making awesome coffee! The hotel had parking garage which was very good! There was a tram station only approx. 10 minute walk from the hotel and in 14 minutes we were at the Piazza del Duomo. The staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful! Also, we appreciated that our dog was warmly welcomed at the hotel! You might find the hotel a bit difficult to find as it is in the middle of an area that is being renovated, but you can see a petrol station at the big street and then it is just further in to the area.

Un po’ di delusione per la pulizia della stanza, c’era polvere ovunque: comodino pieno di polvere, due dita sopra il televisore (che peraltro si disconnetteva continuamente e rendeva complessa la visione) e bagno sporco. Buenas instalaciones, personal xenófobo
Para empezar llegar allí en transporte público no es una buena idea ya que está en una zona de Milán no muy recomendable, así que un consejo, alquilar un coche. Su localización no es buena en cuanto a transporte se refiere hay un par de paradas de autobús pero tienes que caminar y para coger tranvía tienes que caminar más así que si vas con un niño pequeño es un paseo de ida y vuelta. Todo el hotel es nuevo y es muy bonito. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy bien equipadas no pasarás ni frío ni calor es un gran punto. Si vas con niños pequeños lo vas a pasar mal si necesitas calentar algo porque no tienes con que y no hay en todo el hotel un microondas, y aunque lo hubiera según sus normas no te calientan nada de no sea comprado en el hotel, así que si llevas potitos y eres creativo el kettle te sacará de apuros. En general el personal de la recepción se muestra amable pero en realidad no lo son. Son muy desagradables y poco empaticos a la vez que racistas solo los empleados de color son amables y eso que yo soy blanco con los ojos azules. Les gusta hablar por detrás de ti sin saber si la otra personal les entiende con la desgracia de que no hay que ser muy brillante para entender italiano aun más cuando sabes latín o eres abogado. El desayuno es excelente pero lo tienes que pagar antes. Para concluir el hotel es bueno pero está en medio de la nada alquilar un coche para poder moverte fácil y si vas con familia ten en cuenta que no son muy amigables.

Generelt et greit opphold. Store gode senger, helt greit oppholdsrom og super frokostbuffet. Men, badet trekker ned betraktelig. Lå igjen tom shampoflaske, hår på gulvet, badekaret og bideen, og dusjen var så og si ubrukelig. Kun varmtvann i hånddusjen, og den som var fast i veggen dusjet alle andre steder enn den skulle. Måtte bruke alle håndklær for å tørke opp på gulvet.
