This hotel is right next to duomo, very convenient shopping and access and night life. But, if you like quiet and less people traffic, this may not be for you. Otherwise, this hotel is amazing, beautiful and close by many sightseeing spots.

Our breakfast is 36,30 euro and it is a buffet, the price is well balanced with what we offer. El staff es muy amable pero no es un hotel de 5 estrellas como dicen, parece motel. La regadera no tiene nada de presión, la decoración no es bonita. La ubicación es buena. El gimnasio no está ahí sino en el otro hotel y abre a las 10am, muy tarde si quieres aprovechar el día. Tuve que pagar 50euros por entrar a un gimnasio independiente.

Great hotel , with great staff and excellent location and wonderful service and good amenities.Micheal and Arter helped us book our train tickets for our daily trip . Anastasia the manager was wonderful. Peter and Cecilia where very helpful , the service made us extend our trip for another 3 nights . For sure we’ll go back and stay there

Wonderful location and super convenient. Room was nice and rather large for the area. The hotel is very small, which is nice. My only complaint was the bar was located on my floor and it was very loud.

Great boutique property next to the Duomo. Very easy to walk to many places as well as trams to other areas. Very nice property, very well designed, laid out and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and pleasant throughout and were very helpful with any questions. I don't think you could find a better place to stay while vacationing in Milan. Parking close by if needed.

VERY disappointing, especially for the cost!
Very disappointing and outright strange, it started with a sliding bathroom door that did not lock, clip or even close. It went on when we went to leave the room for dinner the room door did not close OR lock!!! The strike play was broken (see picture) and had to be manipulated to get the door to lock. The doorman had to instruct us in how to get the door to close and lock, a bit tricky! The room was a VERY expensive “family” room for 3 that was the size of a postage stamp, again see photo. On the plus side, the location is incredible, the breakfast buffet was perfectly acceptable. The staff was pleasant and responsive given the intrinsic problems with the room. A 3-4 star hotel that likes to think it is a 5 star, it is NOT.

Location couldn't be better for shopping and sites. Asked for a room upgrade at check-in and got a suite! The breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were wonderful. Not a single complaint here.

The roof top bar is booked for private function most of the time. As hotel guest, I never get the chance to use the facility. Other than that, the hotel is clean, spacious, good service crew, and good location.

Great hotel in the best location. Very avant-garde and funky. Staff, especially Igor are all fantastic. We have stayed at various hotels in Milan over the years, but Sina The Gray is our hotel of choice.

Tout sauf un 5 étoiles
J’ai réservé 2 chambres triples et on m a donné une double et une triple. Quand j ai demandé pourquoi on m a répondu que c’était les mêmes chambres et qu’il n’y avait aucune différence. Nous avons ete réveillés à 8h suite à une erreur de room service. En arrivant nous avons demandé de louer une poussette, réponse de l hôtel « ok on s en occupe et on vous appelle dans 30 minutes » le lendemain toujours aucune réponse. Seul l emplacement est top. Mais ne vaut pas les 5 étoiles.

Great location and nice staff. Room was very nice but bed was very firm and bathroom lighting a bit dim. Interesting layout and very helpful staff quick to please. It would have been nice to have felt a bit more festive for New Years with a welcome drink or something for guests. The small bar felt like it wasn’t meant to be used and was empty.
